Jake Walker Media DJ/Emcee, radio, television and digital media Hey! My name is Jake Walker and I was born and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado, my favorite place on Earth!

I've encountered truly amazing and fun experience during my tenure in the broadcasting and communications field. I graduated with a degree in Telecommunication Production in 2011, and have had a presence on 9 radio stations and 3 television station in Southern Colorado as well as a handful of other national and international syndicates. As much as I like the spotlight, some of my favorite work is

behind the camera and in the studio. As a Multimedia Journalist (both freelance and major local network), Editor, Director, Personality, Influencer and Business Owner, I've gained an extremely wide variety of skills. My talent shines best in the creative environment, however five years in real estate management and about an equal amount of time as an account executive in radio has taught me a handful of sales, accounting and budgetary skills as well.

Currently I'm working as the Promotions Director for 98.9 Magic FM (KKMG) in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In addition, I am a weekly contributor to Our Town on AM 740 KVOR here in Colorado as well. I also own and run CS Local Media, LLC and volunteer with the Apartment Association of Southern Colorado, as well as a handful of other non-profits.
