We work with music licensed under Creative Commons. This way we can give fans and potential fans a chance to share our music with friends. We can enable people to remix our artists work, and this way the fans can participate in creating the culture that surrounds us, instead of only consuming it. In a time where so many people have the tools to express themselves artistically, facilitated by new m

edia that enable individuals to sample and remix art and distribute this renewed art to thousands of people (potentially millions), we see no reason to why we should hinder this stream of creativity and reflection. We simply think it’s wrong to lock down art and culture in such a manner, and over such an extremely extended period of time, as the copyright-law now dictates. Shoes and Socks Off
