Last week I spoke at Red Bull’s New Heights Summit in Austin Texas.

It was humbling to sit in front of 500 employees from the best marketing department in the world.

Red Bull is a massive piece to my success. Their videos have inspired me since 2013. Time and time again they prove nothing is too big of an idea.

Except for raw do***ng a 6 mile run.

Yep, the next morning I ran 6 miles for . I HAVENT RAN SINCE LAST SUMMER. It was so hard 😂

2023 - A year of epic success, and epic failure.

I hosted the Grammy’s Red Carpet.

I slept in an igloo.

I co-starred in a movie.

I put on a sold out concert with The McFarlands.

I have a beautiful wife.

I ran every day for 100 days straight.

I hiked the equivalent feet of Mount Everest in one go.

I attempted the world’s first underwater marathon, and failed.

I started two companies - & Finger Trap

I commentated on a segment of Red Bull Rampage on ESPN

I beat Wordle while sky diving with the Red Bull Air Force.

I went to Hong Kong with Disney.

I golfed at Scottsdale National with Bob Parsons

I took over Instagram and gained nearly half a million followers in December.

Up until this month I had completely written Instagram off. I didn’t think that my videos would ever reach this amount of people on here.

After all, I’ve been posting here for 8 years and have never seen anything like this.

It’s been such a fun month for me and my friends that help with these videos.

Life has been some of the tallest peaks and lowest valleys lately.

PEAK: Completed 100 days of running

VALLEY: My childhood best friend passed away

PEAK: Successful launch of Final Boss Sour

VALLEY: Failed my 1st attempt at the underwater marathon

PEAK: Worked for Red Bull again

VALLEY: My nanny and friend of 20 years passed away

PEAK: Paloma has been an incredible support system for me

Sometimes it all stacks up but between daily content creation, losing people I love, and running two businesses - I've barely been afloat.

When I was 9 years old, Leela told me I'd entertain the world.

When no one was watching my attempts to do so, Brady would text me after every video he saw "Just keep going, it'll work"

I feel most at peace and fulfilled when i'm creating. I'm getting ready to reinvent the Londonlaz channel with some of the craziest s**t you've ever seen.

Onto the next chapter.

100 Days of Running ✅

At the beginning of the summer I woke up one day and decided I was going to run everyday for 100 days straight.

Somehow that was 100 days ago.

I can't believe it's the last day of this challenge. I will continue running as I still need to complete a marathon on ground and a marathon underwater 🤿

I lost the battle, but I will not lose the war.

Yesterday I attempted to run the world's first marathon underwater.

I've debated sharing the results of the yesterday's race, because it was a failure.

The logistics of this stunt were insane. The fact that we almost pulled it off first try was a miracle. We were calculated, trained, and ambitious.

And of course, the ONE variable we didn't account for took me out. The cold.

A few miles in, I became moderately hypothermic. My hands lost feeling, my arms fell asleep, and I shivered uncontrollably.

Every time we refilled the helmet, I contracted major "brain freeze" in my forehead, the back of my neck, and in my throat. Yes my throat.

We'll regroup, re-evaluate, and I'll suit up again soon.

The jobs not done.
