The City Awards Celebration was established in 1999…. The 24th Annual City Awards Celebration honoring our Roseville Police and Fire Departments was a privilege to create and produce.

This is each department’s peer driven awards event, which the community has the pleasure to fund and craft as a “Thank You” gift to each department for their outstanding service and dedication to the community and neighboring communities.

We were inspired by the Legendary Tu Lam, decorated Green Beret, Call of Duty Inspiration, History Channel Host, and Founder/CEO of Ronin Tactics. What an incredible story and inspiration he was to our police and fire personnel.

There are so many individuals and businesses to thank for making this event a reality every year. I would like to highlight the following….

We are privileged to have the Legendary Tu Lam be our Inspirational Speaker at the 24th Annual City Awards Celebration.

A few highlights...Tu's family escaped Vietnam on a wooden boat after the fall of Saigon and settled in North Carolina. He is a retired decorated Green Beret, Call of Duty Inspiration, History Channel Host, Author and Founder/CEO of Ronin Tactics. We look forward to meeting him along with hearing his story and insights.
