What they usually offer, is either a ‘showcase’ opportunity, where they suggest ‘you may be contacted’, or only valuable ‘cant live without’ advice, or flashy, studio and location photo-shoots, followed b

y expensive photographs, all of which, somewhere along the line, you will be expected to buy. ‘Star Now’, 'Models Connect' and ‘UK Models’ are just a few of many online companies who are not talent agencies but are ‘showcases’ and offer these fluffy services, with no prospect of them finding you paid work. Buy way of example Models Connect quote: 'Models Connect Ltd does not actively seek work for members, only gives access to modelling and casting agencies to use the website and search for new faces.' ...this is buried in the small grey print and far from what you want to hear as a model looking for work.

'UK Models' make it very clear with a 'tick box' on their home page confirming they are not an agency and therefor legally cannot find their models work!, what is on offer, is a pricey photoshoot. These businesses and many more, admit usually in tiny print, on their web sites, they are not an Employment Agencies and therefore legally cannot find you work.

Great First Experience
Please be proactive in updating your profiles because this has helped immensely in securing a booking. hopefully one of many! The atmosphere that team fostered on set was welcoming. They made sure to give direction whilst allowing me to test poses without judgement, communicated off the set adding to my comfortability and they were genuinely positive people. I couldn't have asked for a better crew to be under the care of.
Another piece of advice that helped is preparation. I would have had a tough time having to figure out body and facial poses on the spot. Luckily, I looked on social platforms for beforehand.

The Demand for Models of Diversity is Increasing

Our team continue to be inspired by YOU! This is what kick started our modelling agency. We believe that everyone has the right to access the modelling industry without having any restrictions or boundaries placed on them because, after all, modelling should be about fairly representing every person not just a small minority.
