Reforming Foundations Pilates & Wellness, a modern Pilates studio, is located in the heart of downtown Rochester at the corner of W. University and Pine. Our mission is to help you love the way you feel and move! We are a boutique Pilates studio that offers movement strategies tailored to your goals.

We are here to elevate your fitness experience in a supportive, inclusive community through Pilates, physical therapy and wellness/movement strategies. We feature the best Pilates equipment and an exceptional teaching staff. RF is a locally owned small business founded in Berkley in 2014 by Brooke Alexandra. We are not a franchise business; everything we do is with you in mind.

What is Pilates? Pilates is an exercise system that utilizes specially designed equipment and the principles of concentration, precision, breath and flow to achieve amazing results. Whatever your goals, we are here to help!
