The Wolcott Whisper was founded by resident Chris O'Brien in 2009. He thought there was an absence of information about town government that affects residents' lives. For many years, we have also been missing the human interest stories that bring us together. Starting the Whisper is the first step in filling that vacume. We want to expand our coverage to include stories about local humanitarians,
