Dear God, I thank you that I have my identity in you. Thank you for your son, Jesus Christ, and what he did for us. It is because of Him, I can call you Father. It is because of Him, you see me as your own – righteous, holy, and whole. I will be eternally grateful for this gift, Lord. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

Help me, O Lord, to discern when your Word is being taught correctly and when it is not. Teach me to embrace your truths and love them. Help me to walk in them and meditate on them. Let me not sin in rejecting the plain teachings of the Bible. Amen.

28/03/2023

And I will sanctify my great name, which was profaned among the heathen, which ye have profaned in the midst of them; and the heathen shall know that I am the LORD, saith the Lord GOD, when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes.

Teach us, Lord, to follow the Golden Rule, to do to others what we would desire to be done to us. Show us where we have failed to do this, Lord, and help us to correct our behavior and our attitude. Destroy in us sinful self-love and let love for you and others reign in its place. Amen.

20/03/2023

Lord God, I need to love you above all and put following and fellowshipping with you above the pursuit of my own happiness. The world may be content to be "lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God" (2 Timothy 3:4), but no child of God can be inwardly content while his priorities are disarranged. Help me to reorder them according to your will, Lord. Amen.

14/03/2023

We know, Lord, that we all offend in many points, but that your dear Son offended in none. In your wisdom, O Lord, you knew there was no other way but the cross that a people for your praise could be redeemed. We thank you for your great love to us, and we know that you who gave up your own Son for us and raised him up from the dead will also raise up us on the Day of Christ. Amen.

13/03/2023

Father Lord forgive us for we have sin

09/03/2023

O Creator God, you created us in your image, capable of having fellowship with you. You made our first parents upright, but they rebelled against you and brought death on us all. We were born in the likeness of fallen Adam, but you have called us be made again into the likeness of your Son. Give us a vision of Christ to which we can aspire, and change us by your grace from glory to glory. Amen.

Lord God, I pray for my fellow believers. I pray for individuals in my church. Strengthen them. Grant them strength to do the work You have called them to, and give them endurance so they can finish their race well. Let them experience Your love and goodness this week. If they are feeling tired or ill, heal them. If they have stress or anxiety, grant them peace that surpasses understanding. If they have relational troubles, give them wisdom and grace to repair relationships. You are a God of mighty power and works. Work through us, Your Church. In Jesus' name. Amen.

25/02/2023

LORD, please make me wise. You give wisdom to those who ask for it. Help me to value wisdom much more than money. Please give wisdom to the leaders in my life, in my country, and in the world. Make our leaders wise and full of integrity. You are the wisest. In Jesus' name. Amen.

It is in times of fasting and prayer – spending time with God – that we are exposed to his instructions for our lives and the people around us. We have all been called to be ministers of the Gospel, in different capacities. We have to spend as much time with God – through prayer, fasting, and in His word – so that we remain in the path He has set for us.

The best one to turn to, in times where we need wisdom, is God. God is the one who holds all wisdom that is profitable to our lives. When we ask, He will readily give. We can receive wisdom in many ways – through other believers, through reading God's word, and through prayer as well.

11/02/2023

Engender in us, O Heavenly Father, a love for your children. Help us to walk in love toward all men but especially to be ready to help and give our time and effort to the household of faith. Let us act like true brothers and sisters towards those who are, in fact, our spiritual siblings. Amen.

27/01/2023

When we lead someone else to the Lord, we are a little like John the Baptist. Lord, we seek to prepare hearts through your Word that they might then receive Christ into them. Use us to show others your Son, and let us rejoice whenever a soul receives Him. Amen.

23/01/2023

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen.

22/01/2023

Heavenly Father, I pray for the peoples who have never even heard of the name of Jesus. Send missionaries and believers to share You with them. Prepare their hearts to receive You and Your word. Give them true hope and save them from judgment. You have a plan for all of us, and You are sovereign. Let Your will be done in the nations. In Jesus' name. Amen.

22/01/2023

Heavenly Father, give me courage to speak about You with the people I love. I want my friends to know You. Grant me opportunities to speak to them, and give me wisdom when to speak and when to be silent. Lead me by Your Holy Spirit so that I know what to say. You give life to people who are dying, and you came to heal the broken. Please save my people I love. In Your Son Jesus' saving name. Amen.

The things that we see and hear in the Word of God and through the different teachers He has sent to guide us, we are to apply in our daily lives. We don't just learn about God so we can sit on the knowledge and gloat about it. We are to apply this knowledge in our lives. This is when it will be truly effective.

02/01/2023

One of the most important things we should learn, as Christians, is to be content. We will face periods in our lives where we will have plenty and we will face times of lack. Neither situations reflect on God's character. God's character is revealed in our endurance and our contentment because of our trust in Him. Don't be moved by your situations. Be content in God. He has all your needs covered.

There isn't a single thought, sign, or belief against the Lord that can be seen as wisdom. If you find yourself in a place where Jesus Christ is being mocked, insulted, or questioned, don't pay attention to what you hear. Satan uses people and their intellectual capabilities to convince the masses that the work of Christ is not true. There is no wisdom in this – no matter what anyone will say. Know that all godly wisdom, which is the wisdom that matters, upholds God and maintains that his sovereignty is supreme.

And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday. Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.

31/12/2022

Heavenly Father, I am grateful because I know that no matter what I face on this earth, nothing will separate me from the love you have for me. When I am mocked, insulted, or ostracized for choosing to follow you, though it may hurt me, I will not falter in my faith because your love is my strength. You supply me with the peace I need; you remind me of the glory to come. Even as In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
