I'm glad to become a part of the Washington DC area's youngest community radio station, WOWD, Takoma Radio, at 94.3 FM (and online at takomaradio.org). My show, Tuesday Morning Mix, includes a wide variety of musical genres, including folk, rock, pop, jazz, R&B and soul, singer-songwriter, and A

mericana. It airs Tuesday mornings from 8-10 AM. I also co-host a blues show on WOWD/Takoma Radio with Big Boy Little on alternate Tuesdays from 6-8 PM. That show is "Blues Hall of Fame" (on other Tuesdays in this timeslot, it's "Blues Come Calling" with Heather and Severn). Previously, I did blues radio shows on
WPFW, 89.3 FM, and before that, WDCU/Jazz 90, both in Washington D.C. Since December 2017, I've been program director at WOWD.

Takoma Radio's Blues Hall of Fame takes you back into the alley, down into the roots, and deep into the heart of the blues this Tuesday, Aug. 20, from 6:00-8:00 pm (eastern).
During the 2nd hour, I play RARE tracks (50s, 60s, 70s) from DC blues legend BOBBY PARKER.
During the 1st hour, Big Boy Little spins Muddy, Walter, Sonny Boy, Wolf, and Elmore.
