OTF OTF ENT OTF is a rap group which is owned by Chicago rapper Lil Durk. According to Lil Durk, the acronym OTF stands for "Only The Family".

OTF is also a Black Disciples gang acronym which stands for 'Only Trey Folks', this is important to consider due to the fact that the majority of OTF members are Black Disciples gang members. The OTF label recently became a part of Coke Boys which is owned by New York rapper French Montana, and as a result adopted the nickname 'OTF Coke Boys'
