Bob Brown's new film The Giants released today on Google TV and other services. At 1 hour 18 mins, you'll hear Winter Night at Liffey composed by Steve Crump, arranged & orchestrated by Jabra Latham Music that we recorded with a bunch of Tasmania's best musicians. We're very proud of this work so defintetly keep your ears on the soundtrack as you as watch this brilliant film.

I've been updating this page less over the past few years as I move around in the film industry. I'm doing much more work than just composition now, videography and location sound recording, and this diversification has slowed me using any of my branding that includes the word music. I'll likely start a new page soon with some different branding and ask everyone who follows me here to move there - or I'll simply try and rename this page. Thanks for following me on my journey!

A Cool short from The Amadis Project. I don't remember scoring this but I remember recording some of the music - one of the samples I used was a trumpet player practicing scales - I walked past a room at the Conservatorium of Music and heard it - recorded it through a door - they never even knew! You can hear the sound pitched down in the introduction.

Drop what you are doing and witness some incredible footage from the Ignite Digi Australia team accompanied by music production and sound design from yours truly. Special thank you to Tom Waugh for working so closely on this project and helping us create something so strong!

The sound effects were created in the studio using sample manipulation and synthesizers. My favorite session musician Arabella Adelaide also contributed a few vocal notes for this which you can hear briefly at 42 seconds.

This morning's recording was incredible. I can barely function at 7AM, yet the performers were ready to go - apparently they had been warming their vocal chords since 5AM. Now that's dedication. Sounded great too.
