Ok so these actually taste like the REAL DEAL. But they are much healthier, gluten free, nut free and vegan 💚
And I guarantee once you make them, they will become your staple snack!

INGREDIENTS
▪️200g desiccated coconut
▪️1/2 cup full fat coconut milk, discard the watery part (you can use in smoothies etc)
▪️2 tbsp maple syrup/honey/agave syrup
▪️200g dark chocolate, melted
METHOD
▪️In a large bowl mix the coconut, coconut milk and maple syrup
▪️If it’s too wet, slowly add more desiccated coconut.
▪️Shape the mixture into small logs and arrange them on a baking tray covered with parchment. Pop in freezer for 10-15 min.
In the meantime melt the chocolate in the microwave.
▪️Dip each bounty bar into melted chocolate and arrange onto a lined baking tray
▪️Refrigerate until set. Store in fridge for up to 5 days

My garlic chilli lovers I know you’re going to love this easy delicious yogurt dip.
This delicious eat with ANYTHING; Halloumi, Turkish Eggs, salads, dip (with my 3 ingredients chips) A great way to use up your herbs, greens and yogurt.
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp yogurt can use Greek/natural/ (anything )
- Seasoning, 1/2 tsp salt @blackthornsalt pepper pul beber (or chilli flakes ) 1/2 mint, black pepper, smoked paprika @lachinatasmokedpaprika
-Zest & juice of 1/2 lemon
-4 tbsp olive oil @odysea_ltd
-3 sliced garlic cloves
- Seasoning for oil; 1/2 tsp salt, pepper chilli flakes,
- 2 spring onions
- handful of fresh chopped coriander
Method
- In a large bowl mix the yogurt seasoning, lemon zest and juice.
-In a pan heat the oil, add garlic, spring onions and oil seasoning.
-Pour over yogurt
-Finish with fresh coriander, toasted pine nuts, lemon.
-Enjoy dipping with my 3 ingredients chips (check post on grid)

Chile was beautiful however it’s definitely one of those countries where I would say do your research and when you feel like you’ve done enough do some more especially if you’re a person of color . Most of the places in this video were extremely hard to get to in terms of distance and even after that hard to enter because of local restrictions.

If you’re someone who CAN wake up early and struggling to build a habit, try these 3 simple tips :
🌞 Keep your alarm away from the bed.
When your phone or alarm is at your arm’s distance, it’s essy to just snooze it off.
But when you have to put an effort of getting out of the bed and walking some distance to switch it off, you’re less likely to sleep off again.

🌞 Write down a routine you absolutely have to do after you wake up, like having warm water first thing in the morning or doing some physical movements, etc. “Why you want to wake up early” Should be a solid enough reason to motivate you. When the reason is strong, it’s easier to train the mind and body.

🌞 Splashing cold cold water on your face is a tried and tested trick to wake up the body and mind from slumber. Infact, go one step ahead and immediately brush your teeth. Once you’ve already done an activity to feel refreshed, it’s highly unlikely that you’ll go back to sleep again.

Remember, before applying any tricks and tips, you have to be disciplined. Nothing works if you don’t. Every habit takes time to build. Be patient and disciplined.
