Crazy…3 days ago I post about getting the itch to come back on air. Within 24 hours, Kevin Kline connects & tells me he’s ready to come out of retirement. We reach out to our agent & boom, we’re getting the band back together. An hour later, I get hired to host a nationally syndicated country music TV show. Talk about serendipity. Wow! I want to thank y’all so much for the kind comments and warm DMs this week. I am definitely feeling the love. Concerning your questions, I don’t have too many answers right now. Everything is fresh. I don’t know what station or even if any station will carry us as of now. We’d love to keep it in Houston but there may not be any openings. We shall see. Kevin & I are slated to cut an episode of his podcast next week to start getting the ole sea legs back. As long as it’s not a complete dumpster fire, we will post bites for you to peruse. I’d love to give details about the TV show that I’m going to host, but I think the producers want to keep it under wraps for now. I’ll just say that I was immediately thinking, “this will be a huge hit as long I don’t jack it” when they laid it out. I did tell Kevin about it and he said it’s a brilliant concept. I CAN tell you that we will shoot the first 8 episodes in April, so I’m going to really hit the gym to really get TV ready. That’s all for now. I certainly will make sure you know things as more info comes in. Again, thank y’all so much, you’ve always meant the world to me. Your love and appreciation for what I do has always been the coal poured on the fire.
