Lemon Posset Brûlée for my citrus-themed dinner party 🍋✨

What you’ll need -
2 cups heavy cream
3/4 cup sugar (plus extra for topping)
4 lemons
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions -
1. Halve the lemons and carefully scoop out the flesh. Muddle over a strainer to get about 1/3 cup juice.

2. Simmer cream and sugar for 3 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in lemon juice + vanilla. Strain and pour into lemon halves. Chill 3–4 hours.

3. Top with sugar and torch until golden, enjoy!!

Whipped Honey Goat Cheese Dip for my spring dinner party 🍯🌼

What you’ll need -
8 oz goat cheese
8 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp milk
1/2 cup pistachios
1 lemon
Hot honey

How to Make It:
1. Blend goat cheese, cream cheese, honey, lemon juice, and milk in a food processor until smooth and fluffy.
2. Spread into a serving dish and top with pistachios, lemon zest, and a drizzle of hot honey.
3. Serve with toasted baguette slices and enjoy!

No-Bake Lemon Protein Energy Bites 🍋✨ made with ’s newest Lemon Bar flavor—launching for a limited time! Packed with 30g of protein, this shake adds the perfect burst of flavor to these energy bites, keeping you fueled and satisfied all day long!

What you’ll need -
1 cup rolled oats, blended
½ cup Premier Protein Lemon Bar Shake
¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tbsp honey
1 lemon, juiced and zested
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp plain greek yogurt
2 tbsp chia seeds
Optional: white chocolate, for drizzle

Instructions -
1. Pulse oats in a blender/food processor until they resemble coarse flour.
2. In a bowl, combine oat flour, coconut, chia seeds, salt, lemon juice, zest, vanilla, honey, almond butter, and Greek yogurt.
3. Pour in the Premier Protein shake and stir until dough forms. If too dry, add more shake or water.
4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
5. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
6. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over the bites. Enjoy!

Winter Mint Chocolate Blended Oats 🍫❄️ Welcome back to meal prep monday! You are going to love these blended oats topped with a decadent chocolate shell for your new year goals!

What you’ll need -
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup Premier Protein Winter Mint Chocolate Shake
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- salt, to taste

Directions -
1. Blend oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and Premier Protein Winter Mint Chocolate Shake until smooth.
2. Pour into a jar, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
3. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil, then let cool slightly before pouring over the oats and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until the shell hardens.
