Lemon Posset Brûlée for my citrus-themed dinner party 🍋✨
What you’ll need -
2 cups heavy cream
3/4 cup sugar (plus extra for topping)
4 lemons
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions -
1. Halve the lemons and carefully scoop out the flesh. Muddle over a strainer to get about 1/3 cup juice.
2. Simmer cream and sugar for 3 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in lemon juice + vanilla. Strain and pour into lemon halves. Chill 3–4 hours.
3. Top with sugar and torch until golden, enjoy!!
