When we cling to things that no longer serve, we lose faith in ourselves and the Universe. This leads to toxicity and unhappiness.
Life is not just a party. If the pain outweighs the benefits, that is a sign that you need to let go. Celebrating your passion is why we should get out of bed in the morning.
Everyone tends to procrastinate, some more than others. But avoiding something or someone often indicates its usefulness has ended.
We all have dreams and goals for the future, but it's important to consider the people we will be spending that time with. Our actions and daily routines shape who we are. If everything in our life is going smoothly, it means we are on the right track. However, if our desires don't align with our current circumstances, it may indicate a problem that needs attention. We need to assess if there is something or someone standing in the way of our true selves and decide if we want them to be part of our future.
Allow your eyes to gently trace the lines, like a labyrinth for the spirit and the eyes. Become aware of any sensations in the body or any insights that you may receive. Just be like a sponge and soak up the experience.

If you're feeling overwhelmed with where to start on your healing journey, the first step is trusting yourself and your body. You are an incredible healer.

And, know this: your body is always in the state of healing. It is what you do to support your unique body that accelerates the process.

No one program, book, course, channel or podcast holds the key to your healing. It is when we stop looking "out there" and go within to our own wisdom, we begin to see we have all of the answers we need to heal.

The seemingly easy solution is to pay money to have someone else do the healing for us. Yet, it is just further moving away from the truth: YOU are your own healer and only you know what is right for your unique body and circumstances. When you start from this place, that is when the right people and practitioners show up to support your healing journey.

From this place, you make EMPOWERED decisions and know instantly if an outside source will be a good fit to support your unique journey.

Ask the question: what does my body need? Then wait to hear the answer. It always comes. Sometimes when you least expect it.

I'm beyond proud to have collaborated with my soul sister, Jocelyn Oades - Holistic Wellness, on our upcoming THE ADVENTURES OF TAO & FRIENDS children's book series.

Our first book, OUR SENSE OF SIGHT, will be released in early 2024 and takes children on an adventure of inner and outer exploration, guiding them to develop their inner sight through visualization, and see how the natural world around them has positive effects on their emotions.

The ADVENTURES OF TAO & FRIENDS series was born from, and inspired by, the incredible work done by the TAO Charitable Trust, and is a project that will support the Trust's work to bring critical holistic care to children and families in need.

Many of the characters are based on, and inspired by, our own children, grandchildren and friends’ children, making this co-creation a very special and personal project that I hope touches the lives and hearts of children and their families everywhere.

A huge thanks also to our brilliant illustrator, Mayssa Kennouche.

If I could make a wish for all women, it would be that they understand the power of words—those they think and those they speak. Our words are energy, affecting every atom and cell of our body. Our words help us to expand or contract, rise or to fall. Yet, we use them without consideration that we are casting spells with every sentence.

When I healed uterine prolapse, I knew I had to take charge of my thoughts and my words. It was the only way I could lay a solid foundation for my full and lasting healing.

These are the affirmations I used. And they have gone on to help other women in their unique healing journeys. When we understand our words are the fuel for how our life plays out, we realize we could never, ever think or speak negatively about ourselves.

If you are having trouble guiding your thoughts and words into positive, powerful ones, choose affirmations to help guide you. Before long, you will do it naturally. And watch how life changes in the most beautiful of ways.

This is a serious subject that can no longer be ignored or put under the overused conspiracy theory label. Look up, do you research and understand when we all come together to say no more, THAT is when change happens.

Human beings are NOT born to be sick. But our environment is not that which God intended.

They dumbed us down with pollutants in our water, food and air. They sold us “medicine” that makes us sick. They eroded our moral compass with pop culture and controlled media. And now, they are taking away the medicine that heals because they know we are too affected by their poisons to want to do anything about it.

We are in a war we cannot be bothered to fight. The majority have no clue that with every right taken away, with every forced medication imposed, we are edging closer to a life unimaginable. And we just sat back and let them do it, hoping a signature on a petition will stop the criminals.

Your govern (to have control over) ment (mind) doesn’t care about you. They have an agenda so deep, so sick and so far reaching that it defies belief.

We must snap out of the slumber, reach through the haze of poisons that infect our minds and bodies, to awaken to truth and find the will to do something about it. For if we don’t, we are doomed.

Awaken for your children. Awaken for your grandchildren. Each of us is more powerful that we have been told. Find that power and fight back — it’s time.
