So over the weekend I learnt something New, make I share give my online community, It’s about the future of Housing; “BOXABLE HOUSING”. Confusing yeah, let me expatiate a little bit, So there’s this company that is thinking pe, To be building houses in like 3/6 month is so old school and just like every other sector there should be technology infused into it to not just solve the housing challenge in the world but also they are thinking outside the box (Pun Intended)😂.

I would give anything to know what thoughts are, like a Boxable house somewhere in Mushin, Hope Lagos Rain will not unbox it sha sha? What economic implications are they? Will it solve the Housing issues in Lagos? Wait the Real estate Companies nko? What will happen to companies who struggle to adapt to the new technology if it “Even” gonna be considered???

I used to Have one “Personal” Hausa Bike Man, I don’t even understand why I Dey call am Personal.😂😂😂😂 His Name was Usman, Brav He was Such a Loyal Human being. I can remember countless “I just say make I call you and because say you no carry my bike no mean say make you no call me😂😂😂, My Friends Knew Usman Abeg. Every Trip on his bike was a lengthy conversation on, “When you wan Marry” or Him going to Kano to marry His Long Time Faithful Girlfriend, even when I fell sick and couldn’t leave the house, all I needed to do was Call him up, He always Shows Up.

On the Show Today, I picked a call, it was (He probably thinks I forgot his handle) 😂😂. The Excitement was waaaay too beautiful I am sure the listeners would be like wait, are they best friends , well technically 😂😂. He said and I quote “I haven’t been listening before today but as I heard I knew it was you and I had to call, and now that I know you’re with this station, I know that I have to be a part of this family!!” Mario is a True Literally following me everywhere and I love it!!!

Late Last Year, I took a regular Trip from Magodo to Shomolu around Late in the night. And interestingly, My Cabbie used to be a Reporter at a Noble Tv Station, Until Life Happened. He was speaking in Media Terminologies and even spoke of the countless Documentaries He shot and how He’s still open to Media not just sure he’ll ever do it in this country again. Yes you guessed right, He is my plug for getting me to events and gigs late at night.
