Editing for clarity. We’re talking people that are not racing or their family or friends. People who have no association with RC. Show me a dirt oval race that holds a crowd of spectators like this. I’ll wait.
Kyle Larson taking a few laps at the Chili Bowl. Pretty cool to see the big car drivers racing RC cars more. ~Tim
Safe travels and best of luck to everyone at the Chili Bowl this coming week! Have fun!
Currently 93 mod sprints signed up for motorama. 🤷🏻♂️

This should be a great multi-track series this summer. Right in our roving field reporter Brad Noon 's back yard, he will be there to partake and film the activities to go live for us all here. Three great tracks all promoted this year by Jimmy Keenan, dirt work by Rob Renes. Make your travel plans now and see if, just maybe, YOU can be King of the Corn in 2021!!!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
December 2nd, 2020
Pennsylvania COVID-19 Restrictions Prevent 2021 Motorama Races and Shows
Harrisburg, PA - It is with great disappointment that COVID-19 related governmental restrictions in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will prevent the 2021 Motorama Races and Shows from being held as scheduled February 20th and 21st 2021 in Harrisburg, Pa. The decision to keep the Pennsylvania State Farm Show Complex and Expo Center closed until further notice was relayed from the state this week. The Executive Director of the facility Sharon Altland shared with us the following statement.
“As a result of continued COVID-19 mitigation efforts in Pennsylvania, the PA Farm Show Complex & Expo Center remains unable to host large, public events and therefore is unable to host Motorama 2021. For now, employee and visitor safety are our top priority. We apologize for this inconvenience.”
The Hostetter Family who has been hosting the show since its inaugural year in 1978 is disappointed but understand the decision that had to be made. Motorama Productions will certainly miss celebrating Motorsports this coming February with racers, exhibitors, and vendors, but looks forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones at Motorama Races and Shows in 2022. Brad Hostetter was quoted saying,
“The cancellation of the 43rd annual Motorama Races and Shows is a disappointment, but without the ability to use the Pennsylvania State Farm Show Complex & Expo Center in February of 2021 the show is not possible to host. There are no other adequate indoor facilities large enough in the Mid-Atlantic region and with all states requiring mitigation rules that must be adhered to for indoor events there is no way to make the show happen anywhere in Pennsylvania or the surrounding states . We have exhausted all options and unfortunately must step away from hosting 2021’s event”
The 44th annual Motorama Races and Shows is scheduled to be held at the Pennsylvania State Farm Show Complex & Expo Center in Harrisburg, Pa February 19th, and 20th 2022.

2020 RC Chili Bowl is in the books for me. Back home on the east coast. I had a amazing week, and even got to play with toy cars a little bit. I got to see and meet people that I interact with online on a regular basis. Scotty did a great job as always, and Travis and the track crew did a amazing job as always. I have to give a special thank you to Dustin and the entire 57 crew. Chad, Brian Roberts, George, Bryan Zimmer, Justin, and the rest of the crew. They let me invade their pits for a first hand experience of a large team working together and the never ending thrash fest chasing speed. Lastly I couldn’t have done this without the amazing support of my wife. She’s the real mvp!!
Haven’t been happy with live streaming quality, and also fighting sinus issues so I’ve decided to just record a bunch of video for posting later.
