A surfer on a white surf board with some simple graphics (think early 80s) is riding parallel to the wall on a sliver of the wave of water heading toward the camera. I want the surfer to be dress in all black and have no identity, like a ninja, but modern, like a tech ninja. Oh and have him moving toward the front of the board like he's about to step on the nose and really dive it in. He's crouched down and in full action pose."

Today I get 16 images in 60 seconds that are all variations of this of which I pick the one I want. I've got 35 years of Photoshop skills it isn't as though I couldn't have made this myself, it is that I wouldn't have made it because it would have taken me too long to make something that I don't need so much as want. Finally, art isn't about the time or skills but it's about the idea, the concept, the ability to imagine something and then visualize it almost instantly. It is like I finally have a tool to show others what what is happening in my imagination and that is the true power of AI. It allows human creativity to flow at the speed of thought and it frees us to do more than anyone EVER thought possible.

In a disccusion on one of the eFoil groups, we all noticed that a lot of the eFoil marketing companies keep showing their boards being ridden, flat, level, straight and boring. This ad from Audi's eFoil is particularly horrible. https://youtu.be/xFaH3og_Ylc It features a pro snowboarder standing like an ackward statue on an their foil. To me, this is an ad that says, "If this is the best a pro can do on this board, mere mortals like me have no chance." I think it is time to see what these boards can do when it comes to carving. I think it is time for eFoiling to jump to the next level and maybe even run some slalom courses. It is time to see if eFoiling can become cool instead of just a peacful passtime for meandering old guys. I love the sense of zen I get when riding my board but let's face it. As popular as yoga is, it isn't and never will be as cool as surfing, wakeboarding, or anything else seen in Gravity Games and Xgames.
