Evil Con Carne, was created by Maxwell Atoms(creator of The grim Adventures Of Billy and Mandy) for Cartoon Network, we follow the twisted tale of Hector Con Carne, a once-wealthy crime lord. After surviving an assassination attempt, Hector’s brain and stomach are all that remain of his former self. Implanted onto the body of a purple circus bear named Boskov, Hector now oversees the criminal organization Evil Con Carne in his relentless quest for world domination.

Assisted by the brilliant scientist Major Dr. Ghastly and the stern military leader General Skarr, Hector navigates a world of chaos, corruption, and dark humor. The series originally debuted on Cartoon Network as part of the show Grim & Evil, alongside its sister series, The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy.

Prepare for a wild ride as Hector’s brain (and stomach) lead us through a web of villainy, absurdity, and unexpected alliances. Welcome to the bizarre universe of “Evil Con Carne”

I think out of all of the original programming on Cartoon Network I think these are the standout hits and most successful pre-2010 era were the ones mentioned.

The Early 2003 6 minute Boondocks Fox Pilot Had very noticeable Differences to What we All know as the Legendary show
Huey Looked more Close to His Comic character design as well as riley and Jasmine.
Tom and Sarah had very noticeable Character designs as well and Robert Freeman and Uncle Rukus.
If you Watch the pilot you can tell some elements that they had went into the first season when it finally premiered on Adult swim. Such as Huey stepping on rileys shoes which became the premise of the 2005 episode “Granddad's Fight” and Them mentioning Rkelly in the Radio.

The Unaired Fox Pitch pilot of Boondocks Pilot has been Found
I been looking for this for years hoping or AaronMcGruder Carl jones Released it

In 2003, the Fox network ordered a six-minute pilot for an animated series based on the popular comic strip that The Boondocks was based on Aaron McGruder Reginald Hudlin, faced restriction challenges during its production on Fox.

Despite these difficulties, Fox ultimately rejected the pilot in the summer of 2004. However, Cartoon Network expressed interest in airing The Boondocks on the Adult Swim block. Mike Lazzo, vice president of programming for Cartoon Network and Adult Swim, noted that the pilot seemed "watered down," but he assured McGruder that the show could be created as envisioned due to cable's less restrictive policies. Consequently, Cartoon Network/Adult swim formally picked up The Boondocks for a 15-half-hour episode order, and its success led to its Legendary four-season run on Adult Swim. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
