Fifty years after the decision of Roe v. Wade was made, it feels like we have taken a step back. With the supreme court's decision six months ago to overturn the landmark case, we thought it necessary to have a conversation about the ongoing battle for abortion rights in our country.
While some conversations are difficult, we must keep having them. This is especially true in this ‘post-Roe America’ so that our and others' voices are heard, and we can go on with the hope of a better future.

A nice walk outside to breathe in the fresh air and connect with your surroundings is just one way we love to get moving (and if you have a pet to keep you company, that’s even better!).
