Wellness classes coming to Naas in July on 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st!

These will be fun and relaxing classes. We will be using guided movement and an easy collage art activity each week exploring wellness and ways that you can help to improve your well-being on a daily basis.

No experience necessary. Come along for all four weeks or just drop in any week!

10euro each evening.

The venue is the newly opened Monread Community Centre, Maudlings, Naas.
