Family-friendly plane cabins. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦✈️❤️

What if flying with children was more convenient and more comfortable? What if there were a cabin specifically suited to provide families with little ones a convenient environment where kids could play and enjoy themselves while flying?

What if there were a region of the plane where kids were not only welcomed but encouraged to be while on a plane? A place where they can laugh and squeal and scream without consequence.

This is my attempt to create a solution to support and celebrate family travel, something that helps every passenger enjoy traveling a little bit more.

Always refining. Always striving to improve.

I like for things to run as smoothly as possible. I want to provide the 'black car' level of service for my clients where every need is anticipated and prepared for. To achieve this means constantly learning, iterating, and improving.

Playing around with visualizations of future fashion with help from AI.

I imagine the technological capabilities and physiological interactivity of wearables to reach a mind-blowing state. Maybe there are health detection measurement systems embedded in the material, or maybe there are lighter-than-air exoskeletons and augmented reality contacts... who knows what the future holds!

Thoughts and realities about working while traveling. ✈️ It’s just so nice to understand what to expect and to be able to plan around those realities.

Though my goal is always to have total pencils down while on vacation, I typically have to squeeze a few hours of work in while abroad or traveling.

One of my favorite pizza spots in Los Angeles is Pizzeria Bianco at The Row in .🍕

I just want to emphasize that this is top-tier , like 'fine wine' pizza, like bougie pizza. Founded by Chef Chris Bianco, Pizzeria Bianco uses only the finest ingredients that make an insane difference on the palette. Highly recommend. 💯

and are not inherent skills for all . Consider me a prime example.

I'm so used to trying to do everything myself that I've been forced to learn how to clearly and concisely ask for what I need and pass the task off. For me, relying on a combination of examples, clearly outlined directions, and loom screen-recorded videos has greatly simplified this process.

Blown away by the capabilities of and using prompts with .

This revolution is taking place where the average human can create extraordinary things. The only limitations are your creativity and (currently) a command of the language enough to instruct the Ai to do what you’d like it to.

(Week)day in my life as a social strategist and branded content creator:

• 8-9 am: Work for me

• 9-10 am: Straightforward tasks for clients

• 10-11:15 am: Native posting and client status checks

• 11:15-1 pm: Content Creation Round 1

• 1-2 pm: Grub-a-dub-dub

• 2-2:30 pm: Try to regain focus/ usually there's a creative burst

• 2:30-4:30 pm: Content Creation Round 2

• 4:30-5 pm: EOD status checks

Evenings can be flex content creation time for clients or myself (depending on where everything is) or brain-dead tv time.

Over the years, I've chosen to avoid certain platforms (i.e. the news) and mute certain people or topics that get me fired up in an unproductive way.

If I can do something about (insert topic or issue) I will, then I move on. If not, then it's best for me to ignore it and keep on stepping toward my goals.

Sensationalism and productivity don't seem to go hand-in-hand in my life. Maybe I'm just easily distracted. Either way, if I'm trying to be about something specific, I can't be about everything.

It would be doing you a disservice not to acknowledge that the mental health component of entrepreneurship requires attention, monitoring, and effort.

So here we are. Let's discuss.

Keep. Showing. Up.

In this episode of the Think Forward podcast, we discussed all things Mental Health, especially entrepreneurship-related experiences.

Here's how I build my morning momentum 💪

• I'm BFFs with my tech's 'Do Not Disturb' settings

• I start my day with wins (make the bed, exercise, get sun)

• I block out time for focused tasks before meetings

• I fill my water bottle/ make a pre-work tea or coffee

Gorgeous rooftop sunsets, scintillating sips, and nights spent grooving to DJs spinning the good stuff are life-affirming, like a sweet treat for putting up with all the chaos and magic that comes along with living in LA.

I always enjoy watching the sunset and gently tossing a few back here at Perch. 😊

Although I was smiling, I was terrified.

This is me a few days after I quit my job back in 2018.

I wouldn't make money for 5 months while living off of my 401k. Friendships dissolved because I avoided leaving the house because I was broke.

Although I had a business, after a month, I wasn't sure what to do with it. I went on two job interviews while trying to get things off the ground, both with badass women founders.

Neither role landed, and it hit me. I wanted to be my own badass founder, which they could surely sense.

After smacking myself on the forehead, I chose to REALLY go all-in. There was no viable alternative.

Negotiating my first contract was a laughable event. I was so nervous and trying to fake confidence in my numbers. I knew that I could do the job but somehow communicating my worth as an ex-production team member now trying to be creative felt fraudulent. I had no idea how long things would actually take me and I knew I would be doing a lot of experimenting on the job.

Cut to the present, I've worked with ~17 brands to date doing everything from product photography and social strategy, to branding and brand audits, content creation, web design, digital advertising, and more.

Can't believe I've been in business for 3.5 years! (My family and friends officially stopped sending me links to job postings after ~year 2.)

I'm so glad I took the leap and gambled on myself (even though I hate gambling in casinos).

When things get hard, I know deep down that they'd be relatively 'hard' no matter what, but at least my success, failure, salary, and lifestyle are all under my control, which means the only person to blame -or celebrate- is me. *Cue the Snoop Dogg speech, IYKYK*

Thank you to everyone for having me along the way, for giving me space to experiment, and for trusting my instincts. I'm so grateful and look forward to everything yet to come for both your businesses and mine.

Making good choices more often than not. 🍎

PSA, if you think you don't like apples, you've got to try Honeycrisp. IMHO, they're the GOAT but I'm open to having my mind changed.

I was talking a lot of sh*t before I snapped this.

The parking lot was really full at ~3:00 pm on a Saturday in Santa Monica (I know... duh, smh).

But see what had happened was... I've been experimenting with , and I miscalculated the day's timing which meant that instead of eating at 11:00 am, I'd overshot my fasting window well-beyond hanger.

(Thoughts and prayers for my partner 🙏)

Anyway, cue me, talking mess about how there are just too many people and not enough space and everything is expensive, and why shouldn't we just GTFOutta here... blahdee-blahdee-blah...
.. then we finally found a perfect parking spot. You know, the ones with lots of space, a few empties around you, and an incredible view.

We pull up. I'm thinking to myself, damn, oops. 😇

If it hadn't been for all the people parked before us, if we'd gotten here sooner, if all the events of the day hadn't lined up like this (each taking much longer than I'd like), I probably wouldn't have been able to take in this beautiful moment.

So, I guess my point is...

always bring snacks for your snack. 🍎
