While others around you have been blessed with moves of the Spirit, I declare over you now is your time Arkansas! Be revived by the breath of God and cry out! Cry out! Just as the religious told blind Bartimaeus, many were surely telling him to be quiet but he kept crying out all the more! O Son of David, have mercy on me! I declare over Arkansas, your days of passivity and formality are over! I declare the restrictions of religion are removed from your voice and your sound! CRY LOUD AND SPARE NOT! The overflow from this pursuit of His voice can transform cities, regions, and nations. Prayer is the language of pursuit. Prayer can shift the trajectory of a nation, and it is imperative now more than ever that we cry out on behalf of America to see this nation turned back to God.
