I’ll be traveling today, so I made sure to hit the beach one last time before my trip. Here’s what I found today -

1. Not the “Welcome back to the beach” I was hoping for. Someone left a bunch of trash in the Toy Box & now it’s SWARMING with ants ☹️
2. The ants are pretty happy about it though 🐜
3. Speaking of ants, I cANT wait to be back in NYC! The skyline sunset always looks rad 🗽
4. I run into the best people when I’m in the city! Like the time I met in front of a large bag of trash 👸
5. Here’s my collection of trash from the beach today. Still pretty bummed about the ants tbh 🚮

This series will be fun in the big ole city! Kinda nervous for what I’m gonna find though 😅

Today’s Toy’s, Trash, & Treasure!

Today’s Toy’s, Trash, & Treasure!

I ran into some goofy fellas while watching last night’s sunset. They didn’t talk much but they were pretty chill

1. This was what the sky was servin’ up last night. I was fascinated by how quickly the color transitions from 🟠 to 🔵
2. Ran into this little octopus chillin’ on a sand island. He said his name is Wendell & he wants to be a cowboy 🤠
3. Then I met this frog named Giuseppe. Bro was kinda just sittin’ there, observing 🐸
4. This was the trash I found after kickin’ it with Giuesepps. Threw this trash away like a WR fastball tbh ⚾️
5. On my way home I ran into 2 cold ones… like they were literally still cold in my hand 🧊

Today’s Toys, Trash, & Treasure!

Happy June 🥳 , I can’t believe how fast this year is moving. The sands of time have turned me into a man of sand myself (totally ok with it)

1. Turtle Sandcastles are so ironic. This particular Sand Turtle kinda looks “💀” & if this sand castle stays, it can cause a real turtle to look like this
2. I spend a lot of time looking at the sand in search of trash, but today I want to appreciate the clouds. They looked INCREDIBLE last night. I call this one “peeking” ☁️
3. To me, this cloud formation looks like a firefighter rescuing someone.. do you see what I see?? 👨‍🚒
4. This part of the sunset was unreal. An offshore thunderstorm perfectly blocked the sunset, almost giving it the feel of a solar eclipse. 🌦️
5. No matter how much I try to ignore it, I can’t help but notice trash even when looking at the clouds. Here’s what zi found during this sunset 🚮

Today will be Day 6 of my daily Golden Hour Trash Walks! Nobody has joined me on a cleanup yet, but maybe that’ll change soon ☺️

Today’s Toys, Trash, & Treasure!

Yesterday I decided to take a day off & just enjoy my day on the beach! It was a lovely day, here’s how it went -

1. My day started when my Pelican homie invited me out to a little breakfast on the beach 🍛
2. Peli has an eclectic taste. His favorite breakfast is “Turtle Eggs & Cheese on a Plain Bagel” (luckily he went vegan so he only eats sand turtles now) 🥯
3. Things got a little awkward when I found out that Pelicans don’t use modern US currency… so I had to cover the bill & tip our waitress 😅
4. Spent most of my day out at the pool with all of my cartoon friends! 🏊
5. After a long day in the sun, I did a light workout as the ocean swallowed up the day 🏋️‍♂️
6. It may have been my day off, but if there’s trash on the beach… I’m gonna pick it up 💪

It was nice to slow down & relax for a moment! Can’t wait to see what adventure today brings

Today’s Toys, Trash, & Treasure!

The daily Golden Hour Trash Walks continue, and this sunset finally had some clouds! Post-holiday beach days can be pretty gnarly but I gotta say, this beach held up 🔥

1. DOUBLE SUNSET!! This is why I love cloudy sunsets, they bring a lot more color & bursts of light to the sky 🌅
2. I swear I find more treasures picking up trash, than the people with actual metal detectors. Check out this awesome find! ⛓️‍💥
3. When I need a break from the trash, sometimes I’ll pop a squat and doodle in the sand. Last night I had one of those moments, and this is what came of it ✏️
4. Turns out, that was actually the beach wifi password 🛜
5. & to prove I’m not an AI Robot, the beach had me collect all this trash ☑️

Maybe one day I’ll have someone join me on my Sunset Cleanups 😞

Today’s Toys, Trash, & Treasure!

I think I fell in love today. Picking up trash is a lot easier than picking up a date though 😅

1. As soon as I stepped on the beach this Pink Hair Princess & I immediately made eye contact 👸🫨
2. She was beautiful, but I knew she was the one when I saw her pick up some trash around the pier ❤️‍🔥🫠
3. I wanted to show off my garbage grabbing skills so I started gathering anything I could find. Eventually I came across the LOUDEST piece of trash ever. 🗑️🤐
4. You could certainly tell it was a holiday weekend based off the amount of trash I was able to find on such a short walk. This is 2 bags worth of various bits of plastic 🍾😓
5. Also, I found a TON of toys on the beach. Collecting them at sunset honestly feels kinda strange cause I get some gnarly looks from people 👺😬
6. After collecting all this Trash & all these Toys, I realized I couldn’t find where my new crush went. I’ll never know for sure but I feel like she left this message in the sand for me 💌

Today’s Toys, Trash, & Treasure!

Another golden hour cleanup & this particular sunset brought some interesting finds. Here’s what we got -

1. This plane was the first sign that this was gonna be an exciting clean up! I wonder what the beach looked like from the plane’s POV 🛩️
2. Someone literally brought sand to the beach….
3. Ever seen the sunset through a donut hole? You’re welcome 😎
4. I know there’s a baby out there who’s very upset they lost this pacifier. Don’t worry, I will NOT put this in my mouth
5. Here’s the collection of litter I found during my walk 🌅

Today’s Toys, Trash, & Treasure!

I’ve started going on daily sunset cleanups & I am always amazed by the contrast between the Morning Beachers and the Sunset Beachers. Definitely wanna make this a daily group effort if anyone wants to join me! (more info soon)

1. Another cloudless sunset but honestly, they’re kinda growing on me. The deep orange is very pretty 🌅
2. I saw this piece of plastic casting a shadow.. turns out it can also tell the time 🕐
3. This Oscar Ball was wedged back under this seawall, which makes me believe this isn’t trash, but just wanted to show y’all I met the Trash King 🗑️
4. PAINT BALLS?? - that was my first reaction upon finding these little pink balls. Indeed they are paintballs BUT apparently this is “Chemical-Free” paint in a “Sea Moss” biodegradable ball. Would love to know if this is true cause these are pretty cool! 🎨
5. I squeezed a bit too hard tho 💦
6. Here’s today’s total trash! Also, this one handed carry is crazy don’t sleep 💪

Todays Toys, Trash, & Treasure!

Feels like summer with that Pre-Sunrise humidity. Nothing like starting your day covered in sandy sweat 😌✨

1. Today was not Sharky’s best day. Plastic Toy Sharks can get very territoria, and unfortunately Shatky was not the Big Dog today 💥
2. Sharky decided it’d be best to spend the day elsewhere so we caught a ride on our friend’s boat 🚤
3. Sharky was pretty upset, not even this Sandy Hammer Head Resting on a Barnacle Bed could cheer him up. 🪸
4. and to kick him while he’s down, A SANDY MEGALODON SENT US FLYING INTO THE SEA 🦈
5. In the midst of all this chaos, Sharky still helped me collect all this trash today 🥹

Not every day is the best day, but it’s the bad days that make the best days better 💕

Today’s Toy’s, Trash, & Treasure!

I accidentally forgot to wear a shirt to the beach today so.. that kind of explains how my day is going so far 😅

1. Started the day with this note from the Love Letters Mailbox, and tbh I gotta chill on reading these cause this one had me tearing up in the sand at 7 am 😭
2. Started making my way down the beach when I stumbled upon some GROOVY sand! The patterns # in this type of sand is so rad 💫
3. Apparently helicopters are allowed to land on the beach now??? 🚁
4. I saw this sign the other day & thought it was silly how we say ‘Trash’ instead of ‘Rubbish’. Although, ‘RubbishCaulin’ doesn’t have the same ring to it 🗑️
5. No matter what you call it, I still found all this trash rubbish on the beach unfortunately 👎

Haven’t gotten much sleep lately but I know this project will make it all worth it. Until then, have the best day!!

Today’s Toys, Trash, & Treasure!

I’m a sunrise kinda guy, but today I went on a sunset adventure! It’s wild how different the morning crowd & the sunset crowd can be 🌅

1. It all started when I saw this branch literally staring at me! Am I seeing things or does this look like a Toucan peeking over the sand to watch the sunset? 🐧
2. this is what I see 😦
3. speaking of animals, I ran into a layer of Zebra Sand. This pattern is so cool to me because you really only see it for MAYBE one hour a day, right before sunset 🦓
4. I think I’m one of the few people to see BEARS in the sand & live to tell the story 🧸
5. This is where things start to get a little strange. It all started when I found someone giving away free dollars?? I just so happened to find 3 quarters in the sand earlier, so I left the free money behind 💰
6. That’s when I found this fishing line camping in the seaweed. This thing was pretty long & half burrowed beneath the sand 🎣
7. Thankfully there was no hook attached, but that could mean it’s caught somewhere else. Either way, It’s very possible a bird could have gobbled this line up in search of food. 🪝
8. I don’t even know how to explain this one… just 2 red peps catchin’ the sunset I guess 🌶️🌶️

I love sunsets with big colorful clouds surrounding it, but this clear sky sunset was so orange & very beautiful 🍊 #

Today’s Toys, Trash, & Treasure!

Woke up a little late today 😴
I started working on an exciting new project but it’s been keeping me up til the wee hours of the night. Worth it tho!

1. I know it’s gonna be a Beautiful Day when I see the puffy Toy Story clouds in the sky ☁️
2. Stopped to have a morning read at the Love Letters Mailbox, and found some FL love from Russia 🇷🇺 (maybe they’re from the OG St. Petersburg)
3. Ran into this pink dolphin, and I couldn’t put my finger on it, but something about this dolphin seemed evil 🐬
4. That’s when this dolphin told me about how their dastardly quest. This dolph just got back from Key West, FL where they left a FAKE hatching turtle on a REAL nest. Luckily my friend was able to retrieve before it caused any problems.
5. Told this dolphin to scram & never come back to these beaches. 🔫
6. Finally, here’s my box of trash for today! ♻️

Hopefully I can catch up on some sleep today (probably not) but regardless, I hope you have an amazing Monday!

Today’s Toys, Trash, & Treasure!
I know it’s gonna be a great day when I step in the sand & see a bright red lobster and a light blue shark 🦞🦈

1. Sharky & Larry joined me on the beach today! I haven’t seen these 2 dudes in forever, so before we picked trash, they told me what they’ve been up to 👯
2. Larry explained how he spent the last few months studying the harmful effects of certain chemicals as they interact with coral reefs 🦞
3. & Sharky said he’s been rewatching the office 🤦‍♂️
4. While we were out picking up trash, we ran into this flamingo who looked FLABBERGASTED that someone would leave plastic pollution right in their face 🦩
5. Finally, here’s all the trash Sharky & Larry pulled off the beach today ♻️

It’s always great to see my BFFs! Sometimes I’m curious & motivated like Larry, & other times I’m lazy and cozy like Sharky. No matter the mood, the 3 of us are always ready to pick up trash ♻️🦞🦈

Today's Toys, Trash, & Treasure!
I found these sunglasses on the beach this morning & I haven't been the same since 💅🏼

1. Before we get to the beach, I want to say Thank You!!! I was voted as St. Pete/Clearwater's Best Local Influencer & I'm so grateful to everyone who voted 💚
2. I wasn't able to give an acceptance speech, but if I did, it would've sounded exactly like this note in the Love Letters Mailbox 🚯
3. As I was picking up trash, I found this paint brush! 🎨
4. Idk if this is considered vandalism but I painted an octopus into the ocean (with ocean-safe paint obviously) 🖼️🧑‍🎨
5. After a 10 minute walk, this was all of the trash I was able to find! ♻️

It's such an honor have won this award. I haven't even really processed it, but being born & raised in St. Pete, starting this account to help protect the beauty of my hometown, then having this opportunity to bring eco-education to our community's largest industry feels like a dream. This mission will always be bigger than me, but this award has certainly reignited my love for what I do 💚

Today's Toys, Trash, & Treasure!

If you're in the St. Pete/Clearwater area you already know the vibes for today. WE GOT OURSELVES A RAINY DAY ⛈️
1. I managed to find a break in the rain for a trash cleanup! & on my way out I saw this cloud. I love how the light favors some clouds ☁️
2. I checked the Love Letters Mailbox & found this adorably written love letter to the beach 💙
3. GNARLY FIND!!! This Old-School Orange Bucs Bucket Hat was just washed ashore 🤯
4. Life all about balance though. With every cool find, I usually have to sift through quite a lot of trash like this 🥤
5. Couldn't throw away the bucket hat (obviously), so I donated it to one of our local Clothes, Shoes, and Toys bin! (clothes, shoes, and toys would be a cool series) ♻️

Rain or shine, if there's trash on the beach, so am I ⛈️

Today's Toys, Trash, & Treasure!

Not sure how I warped 65 million years back to the past, but I met some new friends in the process 🦖

1. Long before humans walked these beaches, this was a popular tourist destination for Dinosaurs called "Jurassic Beach" 🦕
2. I met up with my tour guide for the day. He was driving this awesome Solar Powered beach van 🚐
3. Not sure why he let me drive, but I'm glad he did! I hit every ancient sand castle I possibly could 💥
4. I felt bad for scratching up the Beach Van, so I bought my new friend some pizza & we had a nice little lunch 🍕
5. I made some more dino friends as the day went on! These 2 are cousins & go by "Bones & Jerry"
6. Things got a little awkward when I told them I found a yellow SHELL. They started calling me names like "Fossil Fool" and "Mother Trucker". Apparently they don't like when we dig up their ancestors and burn them into a liquid to further perpetuate the climate crisis 😕
7. At the end of my time warp, these are all the Toys, Trash, & Fossils I found on the beach today!

It's nice to be back in the present but my new dino friends would be SO MAD to find out how depended we are on their fossils to fuel our every day lives..

You can get me off the sand, but you can't get the sand off me. This Flawda baby is back on the beach! Here's what I found -

1. It's been a while since I've found a painted rock! This particular painted pebble captures exactly why I'm so happy to be back home 🏖️
2. Life's all about balance though. When I find a cool treasure, I usually find some cool trash. Like this very old Black Velvet bottle!
3. Ran into Sharky today! He seemed busy but I asked if he could paint me and-

I've been off the beach for a week & I was so excited to be home but when I saw how much trash was waiting for me on the beach, that excitement quickly tarnished.

Today's Toys, Trash, & Treasure!

It's my last Day in DC, here's how it went-
(this is my Sleepy Joe impression)

1. Today I stopped by the Capital Building with our group of creators 🇺🇸
2. To be honest, the walls of our capital felt incredibly hypocritical & tone deaf.. But I did get to see this really Awesome Florida statue of Dr. Mary McLeod Bethun ❤️‍🔥
3. I had an amazing time here in DC! My heart is always so full when I get to see my people 💚
4. So excited to get back in the sand though... city trash is so bizarre. Why is this Hotdog? 🌭
5. Had to collect a little cup of trash while leaving the Capital

It's gonna be a big year with lots to come. Feeling as inspired as ever rn.

Today's Toys, Trash, & Treasure!

This week in DC has been an incredible & extremely clarifying experience for me so far.

1. TrendingUp has gathered creators from different pockets of the internet, to discuss & discover ways we can use our platforms to make an Impact.
2. It's been so wholesome seeing all my creator friends in one room + having the chance to meet creators I've been watching for years.
3. The energy in this room has been intense, frustrating, wholesome, motivational, & direct. Truly an emotional rollercoaster that has reignited vision.
4/5. We had some incredible people take the stage to share their stories & help guide our growing inspiration. Speakers like Maxwell Frost, our nations 1st GenZ congressman, Sen. Mark Kelly, and former congresswoman Gabby Giffords.
6. The stories, perspectives, and experiences I've heard today will truly stick with me for a lifetime. I feel incredibly grateful to be here & to have this opportunity working alongside such incredible minds. btw this is the DC trash I found lol

Being filled with inspiration but haunted by the truth is overwhelmingly difficult to navigate at times. If it wasn't for all of you reading this, and the community of creators that surround me, I couldn't push through it and get to it. Thank you 💚

Today's Toys, Trash, & Treasure!

'Connecting with nature' is one of the most important parts of my day. As I head to DC for the week, I wanna take some time to appreciate our beautiful sky! Everyone knows I love the satisfying fluffy sand, but these colorful clouds really give the sand a run for its money. I've collected a few of my all time favorite Sky Pics to share with you!

1. I love when the sunlight is obstructed. It cause a giant V of light to appear in the sky! (☁️Cocoa Beach)
2. Colorful morning rays (☁️Redington Shores)
3. Do you see Squidward in this cloud?? (☁️IRB)
4. THE ORANGE SUNMER SKY!! (☁️N. Redington Beach)
5. Sunbeam through the poofy white clouds over the deep blue sky (☁️ Redington Beach)
6. THIS IS MY FAVORITE PHENOMENON!!! Some days, as the sun slowly rises, the light begins to illuminate the clouds starting at the top. This creates a BEAUTIFUL contrast of clouds that I call "Cherry Tops" (☁️St. Pete Beach)
7. Welcome to Florida lol this is a literal wall of rain that I could see from 100 yards down the beach (🌧️Indian Shores)
8. Using this '?' cloud to ask - which cloud pic is your favorite? (this a real cloud I saw last year)
9. I like to keep my head in the clouds while I'm on the beach. Mostly because, this is what I often see when I don't :/

Today's Toys, Trash, & Treasure!

I met a wild cast of goofy characters out on the beach this morning! Let me introduce you to some new friends-

1. This is Cap'n Sandy Beard & a member of his pirate crew. When I met them, they were just about to dig up the treasure! (I told them to fill in the hole afterwards & they were more than happy to) 🏴‍☠️
2. When I got to the pier I met this menacing coffee cup hiding in the wood. Not too sure what this fella is plotting but he's certainly up to something! 🥤
3. I caught these 2 little cigbutts sharing a smoke in a clearly marked NO SMOKING area. Managed to snap this pic before they ran away (into the nearest trash bin) 🚭
4. Y'all are never gonna believe this but... 🧽
5. Has to give a morning cheers to the Sea King himself 🔱
6. I kept making eye contact with Cinderella from across the beach but when I went to place her lost slipper upon her foot, I realized she doesn't even haven any legs... 👠
7. This is the total amount of trash I found today in between making new friends! 🚮

Today's Toy's, Trash, & Treasure!

I decided to switch up the scenery today & head over to a neighboring beach to see what we could find in these sands! Take a look -

1. IRB is where we're at today! This beach has these long boardwalks that bridge the sand dunes and lead to the sand (extremely picturesque location if you need sunset photo inspiration)
2. I chose this beach because it's home to THIS take/leave-a-book library! I've seen so many versions of these mini community libraries, but this specific one, was a HUGE inspiration when I was making the very 1st Toy Box.
3. It's a cozy spot, and the librarian is such a sweet lil ole lady! While I was visiting I had to catch up on my Florida Lore 🐊
4. As I was picking up trash, I noticed this sand pattern that kinda looks like a dolphin! Can you see it?
5. ok what about now?
6. This was today's total trash, mostly tiny bits and bobs.

Had to throw the Reading Rainbow jam on today's adventure. What are you currently reading?

Today's Toys, Trash, & Treasure!

Today is one of the most anticipated events on the beach - THE SAND PRIX RACE 🏁🏎️

1. A crowd started to gather as they announced this year's Sand Prix Track: Fallen Castle Hills! This track is an extremely bumpy, hilly, and treacherous course.
2. As the racers took their marks, I got a glimpse at some of the cars & their drivers! We had a lot of talented & familiar faces out there.
3. The race begun! After speeding through Te****le Tunnels, a few drivers pulled out to an early lead.
4. Fallen Castle Hills is a course NOTORIOUS for having trash obstacles. If you don't keep your eyes open for trash while you're in the sand, it can cost you the win.
5. On the last lap, after spin-outs, flat tires, and plastic pollution, the race was still anyone's to win!
6. Except for the subway surfers dude & I.... we were in dead last. I couldn't get past the trash. So I ended up collecting this pile!
7. CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR RACE WINNER "Leaf that kinda looks like a bird" FOR AN INCREDIBLE RACE.

This was a high energy event & I can't wait for next year! If there's less trash, maybe I can take 1st place 🥇

Today's Toy's, Trash, & Treasure!

As you can tell from the first picture, today was pretty wild. Everyone asks why I want to save the turtles... it's because the turtles saved me 🫡

1. This is how my morning ended... narrowly escaping an elder dragon with the help of a ninja turtle. You're probably wondering how I got here - 🐲
2. It started as the sun was rising! I saw this cloud that looked like a swan dive (with great form tbh). I call this one "Sky Diving" 🏊🏼‍♂️
3. Before I even made it into the sand, I found this absolute GEM of a treasure! The All Time Greatest Hits from Randy Travis on CD?? Nothing could ruin my day at this point! (Randy's Jammin on this post right now) 🎶
4. When I finally did make it to the sand, I started to find more & more trash unearthing itself as our sand dunes crumble. This can had to of been pretty old based off how it looks 🥫
5. All of a sudden, I heard a small angelic voice coming from below. These 3 shells were hanging out, but one of them started singing some of Randy Travis' greatest hits with me as I picked up trash! 🐚
6. Eventually this is all the trash I picked up! That's when my little shell friend told me Randy Travis was preforming live under the pier for the Toys in the Toy Box!! I rushed over as quick as I could 🏃🏻‍♂️
7. But it turns out, Randy has a very strict "No Scallywags" rule at his concerts. This bouncer wouldn't budge and well... let's just say his dragon colleague wasn't as understanding 😟

Today's Toys, Trash, & Treasure!

ITS OFFICIALLY SEA TURTLE NESTING SEASON 🐢

1. To kick off Sea Turtle Nesting Season, lets go over some ways we help these little hatchlings make it to the ocean 📝
2. TRASH: This one should be pretty obvious. Trash can obstruct or trap baby sea turtles on their run toward the water. Picking up trash when you can is a HUGE help ♻️
3. SANDCASTLES: I love sand castles, and it's still ok to build them! Whenever you leave the beach though, it's always best to knock down your masterpiece. Otherwise it makes a baby turtles path a lot more difficult 🏰
4. HOLES: Deep holes left on the beach essentially act as a trap door for baby sea turtles. They also act as a giant bowl for animals looking to eat baby sea turtles 🕳️
5. This is a visual of pure chaos. This is what we DO NOT want. A baby sea turtles run to the ocean should be flat, dark, and uninterrupted. Not this 😅

Today's Toys, Trash, & Treasure!

This post is going up super late. but I want to thank you all for the Birthday wishes. Every day for the last 5 years has felt like a dream, I'm very grateful to be here & looking forward to 28 🤙🏼

1. This year I've been able to see a handful of beautiful cities in the US. I'll always love the beach but it's nice to explore some new landscapes 🖼️
2. I picked up A LOT of Toys for 27. It's easy to see this problem & get frustrated, but letting myself have fun and stretching my imagination keeps me lighthearted 🧠
3. At 27, I accomplished things that I genuinely thought to be impossible. As a college dropout, having the opportunity to speak to students ranging from Kindergarten - Ivy League Schools literally didn't seem achievable. I don't think I've fully processed most of this last year, but I can recognize the opportunity I have.
4. I also accomplished goals I've had for the last 15 years 🥹 (that doesn't say 'RashCaulin' , there's a T on there I promise)
5. & of course, I picked up an uncountable amount of trash while taking you all along with me 💚
6. I never started this account to go viral or get followers, this has & will always be bigger than me. But my life genuinely doesn't feel real some days and I can't even articulate how grateful I am for the constant love and support. Y'all keep me going fr.
