The idea for this podcast came about by comedian Ryan Easterbrooks who has battled many nights of insomnia at the expense of surfing Wikipedia. So much quick access to a plethora of fascinating information. He realized that Wikipedia would be a goldmine of endless topics to talk about on a podcast. d to complete the podcast was a cohost. He "auditioned" Brendan Townend and they recorded the first episode of The Wikid Podcast together and it was a great fit. Not love at first sight, but there were butterflies. Since then, the two have been working nonstop on what is currently The Wikid Podcast. Our Story

The idea for this podcast came about by comedian Ryan Easterbrooks who has battled many nights of insomnia at the expense of surfing Wikipedia. So much quick access to a plethora of fascinating information. He realized that Wikipedia would be a goldmine of endless topics to talk about on a podcast. The idea was born. A few years later he finally managed to convince himself to actually start the podcast. All he needed to complete the podcast was a cohost. He "auditioned" Brendan Townend and they recorded the first episode of The Wikid Podcast together and it was a great fit. Not love at first sight, but there were butterflies. Since then, the two have been working nonstop on what is currently The Wikid Podcast. Seasons 1 and 2 of the podcast were hosted and produced by both Ryan and Brendan. Season 3 is coming out in 2019 with a fresh new sound and a new host-- Ryan Pichoff!
