Plans To Attack Synagogue By Military, In Search Of IPOB In Aba Unvailed

This is to once again put our people in Abia State, most especially Aba on a high alert of the plans by the Nigerìan military to invade some synagogues in the state.

From the intelligent report at our disposal, an emergency meeting was organized by the Nigerìan military last Saturday, 1st May 2024 which proceeded to Sunday, 2nd May, 2024. Every youth chairman in Aba was present at this meeting. The reason for this meeting was to gather secret information that will enable them (the military) to track down every IPOB member, including the coordinators in the State.

The chairmen at this meeting didn't feed them with the desired information regarding IPOB activities in the state, but their resolution to the military was to go after every synagogue in Aba in order to get hold of top IPOB members. On this note, the military concluded their plans of invading every synagogue in the state and arresting any Jewish adherent they could lay their hands on.

This operation will take effect starting from this coming Saturday, 8th June, 2024. Our people in Abia and Aba to be precisely, must be very vigilant, and security conscious for us not to be sacrificed for a crime committed by the Nigerìan government through their propaganda machine, DSS just to blackmail IPOB and Abia State government.
If possible, avoid synagogue/Shabbat meeting for the meantime.

Nigerian Military have abducted more than 200 innocent people both men and women especially young guys at Ogborhill Aba and other places in Aba Abia State .

Abia State Media Warriors obtained this information from one of the Victims who luckily escaped the military abduction today being 31st May 2024 .

Reports we have received so far has it that the military are going house to house abducting Innocent people alleging they're Unknown Gunmen that attacked them yesterday being 30th May .

We're using this medium to put the public on notice over the attrocities the military is committing in Aba and must be stopped , Nigeria government should call their unprofessional military to order and allow the residence of Aba to have their peace .

It was gathered that the Nigeria military went to several Markets in Aba today and shut it down because of their men that was killed yesterday by the Unknown Gunmen .

Aba is Under Military Siege, Many Junctions are Blocked

Information gathered so far by Abia State Media Warriors indicates that the Nigerian military has blocked many major junctions in Aba, namely Ariaria Junction, Number one Junction, Osisioma flyover beside Ngwa high school, Osisioma road, Aba/PH Express Road, etc.

According to reports, the military is intimidating people using the roads, searching them, maltreating them, and ordering those crossing these places to raise their two hands up and wave them to God, whether they are carrying a big load or not. The roads were blocked, and vehicles were asked to go back to where they come from .

Reports suggest that many innocent youths have been abducted by the military and labeled as unknown gunmen with no tangible evidence. At the time of this report two military fighter jets are hovering in Aba, targeting individuals to gun down and label as unknown gunmen.

Many roads and junctions are filled with military roadblocks as they're in search of whom to kill, causing panic in Aba. People are scared for their lives and the lives of their families are their means of survivor is under threat.

Many roads, junctions, and markets in Aba have few or no people in them as tension continues to rise over military attacks against innocent residents of Aba.

Yesterday, unknown gunmen allegedly killed 3 soldiers around Obikabia Junction in Aba and burned down a military van and escaped unhurt and the military are unhappy about it, the question is why are they targeting innocent people rather to go after those that attacked them ?

We are using this opportunity to call on the Nigerian military to abort their planned attack against innocent people in Aba rather to hunt unknown gunmen.

We are also notifying the general public and those who care to know that the military is about to attack innocent residents of Aba for no justifiable reason.

OPEN LETTER TO THE CHIEF JUSTICE OF NIGERIA, JUSTICE OLUKAYODE ARIWOOLA TO DECLARE A STATE OF EMERGENCY IN THE JUDICIAL SECTOR- IPOB.

We the noble family of the Indigenous People of Biafra led by the prophet of our time Mazi Nnamdi Okwu Kanu feel compelled to bring to your attention the ongoing choreographed perversion of the course justice taking place in an Abuja court in the case of FGN v. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. We equally urge your immediate intervention to arrest this ongoing desecration of the rule of law being conducted in full view of the public and civilised world.

It is shocking and beyond belief that a high court judge sitting in Abuja will state boldly in an open court of law and on record, that she would not obey or have regard for any determination made by the Supreme Court of Nigeria, in its (SC) judgement in respect of the matter remitted back to her court. Surely Chief Justice, this is an invitation to judicial anarchy and procedural lawlessness.

For the purposes of clarity, we state that the issues determined by the Supreme Court are the premeditated murderous military invasion of the Isiama Afaraukwu Ibeku country home of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu; his subsequent flight to safety following the above invasion and bail restoration. On these three issues, the Supreme Court held in their judgement, which was read by Emmanuel Agim JSC in open court on 15 December 2023 in what was at the time billed as the lead judgement- that the invasion of the home of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu by armed agents of the Federal Government of Nigeria comprising of the DSS, military and police is unlawful, illegal and contempt of court. These are the exact words used by the apex court in Nigeria to describe the conduct of the Nigerian Government in the above regard. To make matters worse, according to their lordships in the same judgement, the then Attorney General of the Federation Malami and the trial judge knew about the illegal and unlawful invasion of the home of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, yet proceeded to deceive themselves and connive to revoke the bail earlier granted and issue, in the words of the justices, an unlawful bench warrant. All these words were used in the findings of the apex court, which is not only before the trial court but a matter of public record.

Before your retirement, there is an urgent need for you to declare a state of emergency in the judicial sector. This should include but not restricted to the retraining of some high court judges on the manner of proper interpretation of judgements, decisions and opinions of superior courts of record. There is also need to school them on how to properly interpret the provisions of the constitution to checkmate the bastardisation of the rule of law and ridiculing of the judicial process.

It is very obvious, from the happenings in this case, that there exists a disconnect between what the law says should be done and what the trial judge, the AGF and others are doing. With the greatest respect Chief Justice, what obtains in the ongoing persecution of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is neither law nor justice, but a travesty. Because it defies logic that a clear provision of the constitution of Nigeria written in simple English and under which the trial of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is being conducted, cannot be read, understood and interpreted accordingly.

The question then is, how possible is it that a trial judge in a lower high court can brazenly fail to avert her mind to and properly interpret Section 287 (1) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, which simply states that; "The decisions of the Supreme Court shall be enforced in any part of the Federation by all authorities and persons, and by COURT with SUBORDINATE jurisdiction to that of the Supreme Court." Surely the trial judge Binta Nyako's Court 3 Federal High Court Abuja, is captured as a court that is subordinate to the Supreme Court. She is under obligation of law to respect Supreme Court decisions and determinations with respect to the restoration of the bail of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and the fact that he did not jump bail as determined by the Supreme Court. Why does the trial judge insist on saying that Kanu jumped bail when Supreme Court said he did not?

How is it possible that some segments of the Judiciary will be prepared to destroy the basic foundations of criminal law procedure in Nigeria because of just one man Mazi Nnamdi Kanu? These core values have underpinned common law criminal jurisprudence since the reign of King Edward 1 of England around 1425, when its codifications began.

In a space of only 3 years, every fundamental and immutable right guaranteed an accussed person undergoing trial in a common law jurisdiction, has been trampled upon, discarded and jettisoned just because Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is on trial in a Nigerian court. Doctrines, principles and ancient rules governing conduct of criminal trials that took great countries and nations, starting from Roman-Dutch law, England, Scotland, Ireland, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and all Commonwealth countries, about 700 years to nurture and develop, has been destroyed in just under 3 years.

This is not law, it is not justice and there is no equity. You can salvage what is left of the Judiciary, not for the sake of just one man but for the sake of millions that will come after him and most of whom, like Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, may be innocent.

IPOB DECLARES THAT BIAFRA WILL NEVER ALLOW USA OR FRENCH MILITARY BASE IN OUR TERRITORY.

We, the global family and movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) ably led by the great and indomitable leader Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu Kanu categorically reject any plans by the Nigeria Government to cede any part of Biafran territory to either USA or France for their military base. If the Nigeria Government is interested in hosting US and French military bases, such bases should be in the Northern region where terrorists are on rampage.

IPOB intelligence unit MBranch revealed that Biafran territory will become very unsafe should the USA and French bring down their military bases in our land. Nigeria government must understand that Biafrans do not have enough land let alone the one that will warehouse either America or French military base.

Currently, Biafrans are battling to curtail the terrorists groomed and sent to our region by Northern Elders and their Leaders. We don't want terrorists to target Biafra Land because of US and French military presences. Irrespective of the State sponsored insecurity, Biafra Land remains calm, peaceful and progressive.

The unconfirmed reports stated that the Nigerian government is in secret discussions with the French and US Governments to set up their military bases in Nigeria after being booted out from the Sahel regions of West Africa. If the Nigeria Government who is desperately seeking legitimacy from the West succumbs to this pressure and allow the establishment of US and French military bases in their country, they will regret their decision. If Nigeria are unable to curtail the activities of the local terrorists, what will happen if the foreign terrorists sees Nigeria as a potential abode or target. Unfortunately, the Nigerian Government has never taken her citizens into consideration in any decision making and certainly will not consider their citizen's safety in the decision of hosting foreign military bases as long as dollars are involved.

If the Nigeria Government eventually agrees to allow the US and France establish their military bases in Nigeria let such military bases be sited in the Northern and Western regions of Nigeria. Northern and Western regions of Nigeria have the larger landmass and are borderlands between Nigeria and other West African countries. Moreso, Western and Northern regions have been hosting all the foreign institutions and projects for years, therefore, should host the foreign military bases.

The Eastern Region does not have sufficient lands for developmental projects and Agricultural Programs let alone having space to warehouse foreign military base. We wish to remind the US and French Governments that Biafra Land cannot accommodate any military base. Yes, Biafra has IPOB leadership as leaders of the new Nation and whatever concerns our Nation must go through the IPOB movement's leadership. We are making it very clear that our land is not available for any military base. Allowing any foreign military base in our land is an infringement to the Biafra status and sovereignty.

The risk of hosting foreign military base in Biafran territory is enormous. Outside putting our freedom at risk, it comes with environmental degradation, disruption of local ecosystems, pollution and deforestation.
Primarily the base and her occupants will subvert our social and cultural values which will distort the homogeneity of Biafrans. The base will attract infiltration of many foreign interests mostly terrorists that will create political and social tension in our region. These and many more negative consequences associated with US and/or French military bases are what Biafrans are not ready to deal with. Biafrans have been subjected to years of political and economic strangulation by the Nigeria State and other foreign exploiters because of oil and gas deposits in Biafra Land. IPOB will never allow Biafrans to be exposed to more dangers, insecurity and exploitation that comes with hosting exploitative foreign military bases.

We are using this same medium to warn Governors, Politicians, Ohaneze Ndigbo, other interested parties from Biafra Region to desist from contemplating or negotiating with America and/or France on this issue. IPOB will not tolerate any person or group that tries to hand over any part of Biafraland for a foreign military base because of dollars or political favors.

Ohaneze Ndigbo has committed a sacrilege and abomination against Ndigbo and against all the indigenous peoples in Nigeria. The attention of the family and movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) led by the indomitable leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has been drawn to the sacrilegious and shameful move by Ohaneze Ndigbo to apologize to the murderous Fulani Caliphate in what they called ablution and what they called (Ako na obi).

Ohaneze has crossed the red line by attempting to go and apologize to the Fulani terrorists for what the clueless Ohaneze called forgiveness from the Caliphate for Igbo military officers involvement in the 1966 coup that led to the death of Sir Ahmadu Bello. By the abominable planned visit of Ohaneze Ndigbo will be on record as aggressors instead of victims.

These redcap thieves in Ohaneze are morons and ignorant fellows that have allowed bribe money to take away their sense of reasoning. These men are the household enemies of Ndigbo and other indigenous people in Nigeria.
Blood tasty Fulanis have murdered indigenous people of Biafra and Ndigbo from 1933, 1945, 1953 1966 till date, Indigenous People of Hausa, indigenous people of Yoruba, indigenous people of Middle Belt and other indigenous peoples in Nigeria. These murderous Fulanis have not apologized for killing millions of indigenous people in Nigeria. But the vampires in Ohaneze had efontry to planned to go and apologize to the Fulani Caliphate for the military coup of 1966.

The military coup of January 15, 1966 was carried out by young military officers from all ethnic groups in Nigeria to stop Mallam Ahmadu Bello and Abubarka Tafa Belawa from the forceful Islamization of Nigeria. But Major Chukwuma Nzeogwu and other young military officers including those from Northern, Western saw this and stop them with Middle Belt regions stopped them in a bloody coup. Ndigbo never sent military officers to stage a coup for them or to murder on their behalf. Nevertheless, the 1966 coup that was carried out by the young military officers from all the ethnic groups in Nigeria was viciously tagged as Igbo coup. Why was the military coup led by Murtala Muhammed, Babangida, Buhari, Abacha and other Northern military officers not tagged Hausa or Fulani coup?

Ohaneze Ndigbo leadership has seen cash given by Fulani Caliphate to misrepresent Ndigbo and declare Ndigbo guilty of a crime that was no committed by Ndigbo. Ndigbo has been victims of Fulani massacre in the Northern Nigeria from 1933 till date. During the genocidal war of 1966 - 1970 millions of Ndigbo were massacred both pregnant women and unborn children. Still today Ndigbo are being slaughtered in their farms and homes by Fulani terrorists, case of recent Uzo Uwani of Enugu State is a case study. This bunch of Fulani handpicked traitors in Ohaneze, led by Iwuanyanwu have not boldly condemned the Fulanis murderous activities against Ndigbo but decided to make a caricature of Ndigbo's integrity by going to apologize to the murderers.

This is the height of insult not only to Ndigbo but also to all the indigenous people in Nigeria who have been victims of the sponsored Fulani terrorists attacks. If Ndigbo continues to allow these traitors called Ohaneze Ndigbo to continue parade themselves as leaders of Ndigbo, the lives and safety of Ndigbo is completely compromised, Iwuanyanwu and Co should know that nobody elected him, he should resign now before its become late. The Fulani handpicked treacherous leaders in Ohaneze are representing the interest of Fulani Caliphate not that of Ndigbo. It is time to stop the treacherous Ohaneze from parading themselves as representatives of Ndigbo. They were never appointed nor elected by Ndigbo but they selected and appointed themselves with the approval of their political Masters and Fulani leadership and Hope Uzodinma.

Ohaneze Ndigbo has betrayed Ndigbo. They betrayed Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. They betrayed Peter Obi's presidency. Ohaneze are a bunch of handpicked Fulani political stooges who want to speak for Ndigbo without Ndigbo's consent.
Chief Iwuanyawu led Ohaneze faction are traitors. Hope Uzodinma and his Fulani Masters selected Iwuanyawu as Ohaneze president to do their bidding. These insatiable, potbelly political jobbers in Ohaneze do not represent the interest of Ndigbo.

The gullible men have been brainwashed by their Fulani Masters to apologize to them and take responsibility of atrocities on-behalf of Ndigbo for the actions of Nigeria military officers when some of them were not born.

If Ohaneze Ndigbo dare travel to the Northern Nigeria and apologize to the murderous Fulani Caliphate, IPOB will declare them persona non gratas. And an order will be given to treat anyone that identifies himself or herself as an Ohaneze Ndigbo member both at home and in Diaspora as a criminal and traitor and will be treated as one. Infact, going forward, Ohaneze Ndigbo hould stop speaking or representing Ndigbo. The attention of the global family and movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) ably led by the great and resolute leader, Mazi Nnamdi Okwu Kanu has been drawn to the impersonation of ESN during demolition of people's properties in Onitsha by the Anambra State Governor, Charles Soludo through his errand boy Hon. Emeka Joseph Orji.

Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo and his errand boy Hon. Emeka Orji who is the Transitional Chairman of Onitsha South Local Government Area recruited criminals who claimed to be ESN Operatives and used them to intimidate innocent Onitsha residents. This Emeka Joseph Orji recruited and trained his criminal gangs that impersonate ESN. The criminal gangs operating in Onitsha under the command of Hon. Emeka Joseph Orji are not IPOB/ESN. They are common criminals and must be treated as such. ESN Operatives are in the bushes combating Fulani terrorists and their cows. ESN do not engage in civil matters and do not intimidate or harass innocent people. The Government of Soludo and his errand boy Hon. Emeka Orji should stop using the name of ESN in their nefarious activities.

Hon. Emeka Joseph Orji is among those creating artificial insecurity in Anambra State. He is among the agents who the Nigerian Government is using to blackmail IPOB. Hon. Emeka Orji was caught on camera boasting that he defeated Nigeria soldiers in a gun battle during the wicked demolition exercise he undertook at NIWA property at Sokoto road near main market Onitsha. He falsely claimed to be working with ESN Operatives. Dishonable Emeka Orji, the errand boy of Prof. Soludo has made thousands of people homeless and jobless by these atrocious demolition of that property belonging to NIWA, Soludo must stop demolition a place ordinary citizens do their business and getting food for their families in Anambra state. IPOB calls on Biafrans and the public to ignore the false claim by the Zoo government agent, called Emeka Orji, the Transitional Chairman of Onitsha South LGA that ESN are working with him in his wicked actions against the innocent people. ESN and IPOB volunteers are not thugs to be hired by corrupt politicians. ESN Operatives protects the citizens not intimidate them. JUSTICE BINTA NYAKO SHOULD REDEEM HERSELF AND STEP DOWN FROM MAZI NNAMD KANU'S CASE- IPOB

The global family and movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) ably led by the prophet and indefatigable leader, Mazi Nnamdi Okwuckuwu KANU condemns the Nigeria Government's political and judiciary persecution of our leader using Justice Binta Nyako of the Abuja High Court. Justice Binta Nyako is a political stooge for the Federal Government of Nigeria who has used her court to persecute and deny Mazi Nnamdi Kanu his fundamental human rights for years.

During the last court appearance of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu on April 17, 2024, Justice Binta Nyako openly threatened to adjourn the case indefinitely because she was not allowed the liberty to execute the scripted judgement against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu handed to her by the Nigerian government. The visibly angry Judge Nyako's threatening proved that she was highly compromised. She is being manipulated and controlled by the executive branch of the Nigerian government via the Ministry of Justice. Justice Binta Nyako has made herself an interested party in Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's case instead of being a non-partisan and unbiased judge. A judge that has no control over her court should not handle a high-profile case like that of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

Justice Binta Nyako should redeem herself and recuse herself or step down from Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's case because she is already compromised and controlled by those who sent her because of their political interests.

Since the kidnap and rendition of Mazi Nnamdi KANU in June 2021, and illegal arraignment before Justice Binta Nyako's Court without legal representation, Justice Binta Nyako has not given Mazi Nnamdi KANU breathing space to express himself in order to allow for a fair hearing. She has always displayed personal hatred against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in her court. Maybe she wants a pound of flesh of Mazi Nnamdi KANU for forming the Eastern Security Network, ESN, who are dislodging her kingsmen, the Fulani murderous, terrorists herdsmen matitia, from Biafran bushes and forests. Even though the Supreme Court, in their weakness, ruled that the Nigeria government committed an international crime in bringing Mazi Nnamdi Kanu back to Nigeria. Also, the same Supreme Court ruled that the Nigerian military invasion of Mazi Kanu's residence on 14th of September 2017 was responsible for him fleeing and that Justice Binta Nyako should have not revoked his bail. Justice Binta Nyako should have reinstated Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's bail and apologized to him for tampering with his fundamental human rights. No! She never reinstated Mazi Kanu's bail. Instead, she refused Mazi Kanu's fresh applications for bail or transfer from the DSS solidarity confinement to a Correctional Center because she has a hidden hatred and agenda.

The actions and antecedent of Binta Nyako indicated that she will rule against this innocent man for reason best known to her, Maybe he, KANU, inaugurated vigilant group treating to destroy her people who have been ra**ng our women in the bushes and forests and also murdering our people across southern Nigeria.

Justice Binta Nyako was handed an already scripted judgment, and she is under instructions to jail Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. That's why she rejected every application to grant Mazi Nnamdi Kanu bail or transfer him to Correctional Center but insisted on accelerated hearing so she can deliver her agreed upon sentence with the federal government of Nigeria. She is in a hurry to pronounce the scripted judgment from Bola Almed Tinubu's government to jail Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Justice Binta Nyako was selected because her husband was among former governors who looted their state treasuries with pending cases at the EFCC. She has an order to jail Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in lieu of her husband's freedom from EFCC harassment. IPOB demands that she rescue herself and save herself and her family of shame and unforgivable erroneous judgment.

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is a lawful Biafran Self- Determination Activist. He was unlawfully kidnapped and extraordinarily renditioned to Nigeria by the Nigerian government. The Supreme Court of Nigeria on the 15th of December ruled that the Nigeria government violated international laws on extraction in bringing him back to Nigeria, though the Apex Court was under political pressure not to deliver justice. In the place of justice, the Justices who are under pressure to deliver justice for Nigeria. The judges at the Apex Court sent the case back to Justice Binta Nyako, who is an executive stooge to continue the political trial and persecution of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

IPOB commended the courage of the Justices at the Appeal Court, who refused to be intimidated but delivered a balanced judgment by discharging and acquitting Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. The Nigeria Government should save themselves and Biafrans time and resources by releasing Mazi Nnamdi Kanu unconditionally in line with the Appeal Court judgment, apologize, and dialogue with Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu KANU IPOB stands on the Judgments of Appeal Court of October 13, 2022. On that judgment, we stand.
