5 steps I use when it comes to turning goals into reality
1. Be very clear on what you want. (do not worry about the “how” to make it happen)
2. Know your “why”! This is where most fail when it comes to goal setting. If you don't know your why most likely you will never arrive and you’ll continue chasing it or move on to the next. Your WHY is your driving force!!
3. In a journal/goal-setting workbook. Write your goal every morning (or evening) in a state of “gratitude” as if it has already happened. I am so thankful for my health so I can live a long life and be here for my children, grandchildren, family, friends, and the work I am here to give back to the world.
4. Put a date to it and take one micro-step action each day.
5. Start every day with clarity and intention to bring you closer to your goal.
