On Sunday Mike and Justin recorded the final episode of TNTMT. It has been so much fun producing these episdoes and we cannot thank you, the listeners, enough for the time you have spent consuming our ideas and engaging with us.

As we move onto the next chapter of our work (no pun intended) we will work to bring Letdown: How Schools Marginalize Our Most Vulnerable Children, to market. We are excited about some possible publishing options. We will definitely stay active on social media and continue to engage people in thinking about the types of topics we covered.

For this final episdoe we discuss the purpose of Letdown and how we hope to help reshape the narrative to focus on children and families whose voices are not being heard. They are in all ways being letdown. We also discuss some solutions and how the free market could and should work when it comes to education.

This week we start a new and final series. Over the next few weeks Mike and Justin will be disucssing the roots of what led them down this path; education.

3 years ago Failure: The History and Results of America's School System was published. Now a new book will be introduced. Letdown: How Schools Marginalize Our Most Vulnerable Childern will be released early in 2024.

This series will tell the backstory of why this book is being written and the hopes and aspirations of raising awareness for changing the schools operate.

Episode 2 of the World War II series is now live.

This week Mike and Justin take on a "super hero" of World War II; Winston Churchill and the Battle of Britain.

Churchill is often lauded as a savior. His persona has grown to levels that are larger than life. However, he was a very complicated man. He was an opportunist, coward, liar and downright morally repugnant. In fact, his actions led almost diliberately to the events in the Battle of Britain.

This is true... although many people probably accept it as being a part of the movie. That's the thing, we accept something when we hear or see it over and over.

This week start a new series on the show. We address settled historical narratives surrounding World War II and critique them from viewpoints that have been shut out. You will find the things we say in these episodes as hard to believe. That is proof that the narrative control is working.
