The Prog Rock Block is a campus radio show hosted by Alec & Chris, currently on Fridays 4-6 Eastern. We play a LOT of prog rock, guys like Rush (our favorites!), Yes, Dream Theater, Pink Floyd, Genesis, Porcupine Tree, and so much more. We also like to shake things up with some other rock, that may not be labeled prog, but we think deserves some recognition as "proggy". We enjoy it all - and we ho

pe you do too! We also try to keep up with news in prog and bands we're really into. Sometimes we also get some music from up and coming bands - stuff you may not hear anywhere else! We record live in WMBC - UMBC's campus radio station Fridays at 4-6 Eastern (wmbc.umbc.edu). If you can't tune in live, we'll have the show uploaded to our website within a day or two.
