Welcome to the Synthwave Primer

Hello, and welcome to The Synthwave Primer, I’m your host, Chef_Tom.

The primer is a weekly podcast dedicated to spreading the music of Synthwave, Retrowave, Outrun, Darksynth, Futuresynth, Futurepop, and all things in the aesthetic. Hosted by Providence DJ, and twitch.tv personality Chef_Tom, it looks at where the music industry is, and where it’s come from. Occasionally taking a week or three to look at the roots of the genre, and occasionally looking at where it’s going.

You will also hear on the primer interviews with artists, promoters, producers, and really anyone who is involved in the community. And you can also listen here for updates on the NEON Retrofest, and it’s accompanying events.
