BREAKING OVERNIGHT: A house fire in East Ridge has claimed the life of one pet. The fire started in the kitchen area of the home and reached into the attic, causing damage to the roof. We had some esteemed guests on GMC this morning! In less than one week, these four show dogs will be competing in the 2024 Westminster Dog Show! Professional dog handler, Ginny Kincer, trains all of these dogs in Chattanooga in preparation for this event and other elite dog shows! This was definitely a great start to a “ter-ruff-ic” day!

DEVELOPING: CPD has confirmed that one person has been shot at the skatepark of Reggie White Blvd. Homicide detectives are on scene trying to investigate the situation.
