Black Hat Writing is a small game writing outfit, creating text based roleplaying games on our own, and contracting out with video game developers to provide story and writing. This is a tabletop role-playing game in a dark, modern setting, with the primary focus on vanilla mortals. Optional modules can add rules for supernatural elements, but any given game may or may not be totally mundane. The

system is an innovative system built around using the dice size to reflect difficulty, rather than using the target number to reflect difficulty.
