WHY? Here's why we should WASTE LESS! 🔥🔥🔥

🗑👚Do you know how much clothes we buy & throw out later? Mountains! Do we need new clothes, or new ideas to use what we have?! Let’s give our clothes a longer live!

♻️I’m almost done with my temporary job at textile recycling company Sympany. I learned a lot and got even more motivated to contribute to less textile waste!

WEAR, REPAIR, REVIVE, Repeat + and donate in the end 🙌

🗑👚Wel eens gezien hoeveel kleding we wegdoen? Hele bergen! Ik heb het de afgelopen maanden gezien bij Sympany. En het blijft indrukwekkend. We doen zoveel kleding weg, kopen wat nieuws.

♻️Heb je dat altijd nodig, of vooral een nieuw idee voor je oude kleding? Nieuwe ideeen genoeg, en makers om je ermee te helpen. Samen maken we hergebruik de norm 🙌

FOR KEEPS - THRIFT, TREASURE & UPCYCLE

Single use and fast fashion is so last season. Let’s make what you wear FOR KEEPS: buy preloved, thrift, style, mend, repair, upcycle. That way you make what you wear a green statement.

Upcycle what you wear - make it a green statement A tshirt is the perfect place to share a statement. So to make a big green statement we want to make a 100 preloved shirts new. If we share (on average) one per week, the dream is to finish in 2 years with a fashion show and a book

Let’s do this! We will be collaborating the upcoming months with artist and designers. Workshops, online and offine, talks and DIY tutorials: Inspiring everybody to make your plain white shirt FOR KEEPS, do it yourself, and make it better. Will you join me & the guides? x An
