We are thrilled to announce that Fitch Group has been recognized in Stonewall's Top 100 Employers List 2024! This prestigious recognition highlights our unwavering commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone can thrive.
Fitch Group ranked 49 out of 246 organisations that entered this year’s Top 100 Employers 2024 list and achieved the gold award.
Fitch Group has made significant strides towards becoming an employer of choice for LGBTQ+ individuals in partnership with the Fitch Pride Network (FPN), most recently introducing a global minimum parental leave standard providing support to all new parents irrespective of location, gender, gender identity or expression, marital status, or type of pregnancy.
In June we also celebrated Pride with FPN organizing events across our offices.
