Activity TV reserves the right to remove content that does not adhere to these standards. It is in Activity TV’s sole discretion what content is non-compliant and it is in Activity TV’s sole discretion whether the content will be removed. Activity TV will treat any postings that submit an idea for consideration as an unsolicited submission. Activity TV is not obligated to review any unsolicited submission or enter into any transaction with any user who has posted an unsolicited submission or make any investment in the idea. Activity TV will not maintain any unsolicited submission by a user in confidence and disclosure does not establish a confidential relationship between user and Activity TV. Activity TV may find the unsolicited submission (a) is not a new idea, (b) already known to Activity TV, (c) is in the public domain, and/or (d) has already been investigated and/or considered or is currently being investigated and/or considered by Activity TV.
