Jeans transcends gender, age, and class – with most people owning more pairs than there are days in the week. Their appeal will always be timeless but the design and the fabric technology involved will forever evolve with the times.

Denim is a lifestyle for me. I have it in so many silhouettes from, dresses, skirts, tops to blazers and the obvious jeans.
It’s never a trend always a staple.

So I received a lot of compliments and inquiries about my birthday fit, mainly my dress. Well it’s actually a robe from
that I tied and pinned into a dress!

Glad I was able to get a chance to wear these fringe sandals before the end of the summer! Grabbed them at a sample sale a few weeks ago for $135 from $800.

It's not what you spend but how you wear it that counts. The key is often to dress up inexpensive basics with accessories. Something like a beautiful designer bag or belt can make everything else look richer and more luxurious.

It’s always the accessories for me! They are like icing on a cake. It just makes everything good.

Welcome to the first day of September. Make it a September to remember! September is one of my favorite months! It’s a great time for fashion with NYFW and a fun time to start dabbling in fall looks! It’s also still warm enough to get some of those last summer fits in!

I’m a transitional type of girl so I incorporate wearing my summer looks into fall like this skirt. It has a coordinating top that I also mix and match other pieces with. Check out the slide show.
