I’m so grateful for the amazing Ecstatic Dance UK community and beyond. Thank you to Richard Batts and Renée for keeping it going.

Thank you for supporting me and Ecstatic Dance with an open heart, as we’ve journeyed, evolved and expanded.

It was wonderful to have dear Tibiriçá Carvalho join and share his beautiful music during the Ecstatic Dance journey: Didgeridoo, drums, shakers, hang, flute and vocals. Thank you.

This is my last Sunday Ecstatic Dance for a while. I’m going on a Vision Quest at the start of 2024 and shifting my life to spend more time with my children.

I started reading yesterday for the first time in ages…
My Soul Guide requested that if I want to work with her again that reading a Bill Plotkin book is a prerequisite.
So I ordered ‘Soulcraft’ one of Bill’s books.

It came yesterday so I started reading it last night. As I read the book, I could hear my housemate singing beautiful comforting folk songs on guitar downstairs.
I felt tears in my eyes and strong emotions come through me. Not sure why…

Perhaps just feeling a strong sense of my soul being met, innerstood or feeling at home during a time of feeling lost in a time of uncertainty…

Also I’ve been reconnecting with a lot of grief recently too. Feeling ‘hiraeth’ and feeling the non-presence of my children at the mo.
