Our FOX Model has continued to show the northern trend that has become a more likely scenario with #Beryl. If the storm were to stay over water longer, that would mean a stronger hurricane hitting the Texas coast.

BREAKING: Hurricane Beryl has now become a major hurricane with winds of 115 mph. It is a dangerous storm that will threaten the Windward Islands Monday.
Beryl becomes only the third major storm in the month of June in recorded history in the Atlantic.

RADAR: Another busy afternoon with numerous showers and storms across Central Florida. Storms will slowly drift south with drier conditions by sunset. Frequent lightning and gusty winds are main threats.
More storms Monday and that means more lightning. With it being #LightningSafety week be sure to head indoors when you hear thunder!

SUNDAY: Another stormy afternoon tomorrow with plenty of tropical moisture to work with. If it's raining, it will be heavy. Some spots could see up to 2-3" of rain.

The Saharan Dust Layer is making moves across the Atlantic in the week ahead. This should help keep tropical waves in check for now across the ocean. Could see some dusty sunsets by next weekend in FL!

Still no tropical depression as of yet so #92L continues. Off and on breezy showers and storms will move onshore tonight through Friday. Biggest impacts to FL will be the rain and rough coastal conditions.
Showers will move onshore this evening and continue tonight. These are associated with the tropical system east of FL.
Umbrellas will be needed today with tropical downpours possible through this afternoon. Main hazards will be heavy rain with some flooding possible. Heaviest rain totals will be to the south.

Our I-Drive camera is capturing the heavy rain coming down over the Attractions this evening.
3:38 PM RADAR: Few showers and storms have developed along the seabreeze across the Cape and to the south. We'll likely see more activity through the afternoon in this area.
Another round of storms are expected Sunday afternoon. A few storms could become severe. The main threats will be damaging winds and large hail.

1:20 RADAR: First round of storms has moved out, but the next one is moving in. Heavy storms are rolling through The Villages and towards Lake County. We'll be watching for severe winds and hail this afternoon. The severe watch continues until 5 PM.
