As I enter the land of the unknown, I look forward to all the magic I am about to experience.
You can only understand beauty once you’ve entered the complete darkness.

As life shows you from time to time, this is no experience for amateurs, for those who are weak at heart, this journey is for those who dare to defy and enter the unknown, seeking adventure, seeking better understanding, seeking knowledge in the UNKNOWN.

As the world is my map and my ongoing unfinished quest, I enter the stage of my one life being the protagonist and the antagonist, since I discover that I can be my best friend and my worst enemy. As I express myself, the light of the stage shines through my performance, but it goes dark once it is over. And the same goes to life, you have to embrace the stage, accept the quests and live life as one adventure. We’ve only got one.

Hey, lovely gente! Can we talk about consistency for a sec? It's something that's been on my mind lately, especially when it comes to healthy habits. And let me tell you, it's not always easy!

I've struggled with staying consistent in the past, and I know I'm not alone. But here's the thing: we don't have to be perfect. It's all about progress, not perfection.

So, here are a few things that have helped me stay consistent in my healthy habits:

• Taking it one day at a time and not getting too caught up in the long-term goals

• Being kind to myself when I slip up and not letting setbacks derail me

• Finding a workout or eating plan that I actually enjoy (I'm not going to stick with something I hate!)

• Focusing on small, achievable goals rather than trying to overhaul everything at once

• Celebrating my successes, no matter how small they may seem

But enough about me! I want to hear from you. What are some things that have helped you stay consistent in your healthy habits? Or, if you're struggling with consistency, what's been holding you back?

Yesterday @ande.dancer and I went to a beautiful little beach just 40 minutes away from where we live! We had real frio ice cream on the way there and bought some grapes to feast on! When we were coming back home we got surprised by the sunset 🌅!! Stunned! This is the most beautiful scenery I’ve ever seen in my entire life! We were amazed so we took some pictures and videos so you could see it with us! You can go to Angela’s profile to check the pictures, I’ll leave you with this video! No filters, just nature and it’s natura beauty!

I have been traveling a lot, ever since I was 15 years old, I started doing trips with circus and then more trips! It was never enough, I was always looking for more ways to travel and connect, but I always came back after a few months, this is the first time since I’ve been away from home this long, it’s been over 14 months and it feels Like yesterday that I Left Brazil, I have learned so much as a traveler, met amazing people and most importantly , I met the woman I love! Traveling does wonders for your brain and life, if I have one advice for my generation is: Travel, expand your horizons, experience LIFE!
