Stand out dish from the dinner at La Mar over the weekend was this one by chef @dabizdiverxo - he calls it Pekines Dumpling - Strawberry Hoisin, Aioli & Pickle. It’s basically a duck dumpling with crispy duck skin on top and you grab it with your hand and slide it into the red strawberry hoisin sauce. It’s delicious! We will be able to have it here in Dubai soon once he opens @streetxo.dubai !
