A Catholic girls’ school fired me from speaking after I posted this photo from Burning Man. ⁣

As I read the email, shame washed over my body.⁣
⁣
And then I fell into a panic attack where I literally curled up in a ball in the corner as if hiding from the Gestapo. 😩⁣
⁣
One of my coaches and a lot of friends suggested that the Catholic Girls’ School wasn’t my target audience. ⁣
⁣
Wrong… They are exactly my audience.⁣
⁣
My brand of “Happiness” is not your mother’s fake-it-put-a-smile-on-your-face.⁣
⁣
I teach fierce FREEDOM, BRAVERY, and JOY.⁣
⁣
I teach being a GODDESS. ⁣
⁣
But My inner A$$hole chastised me - ⁣
“Do you really “have” to publicly show your Wild nature?”⁣
⁣
“Can’t you just be a “Good Girl” so people will like you?”⁣
⁣
Fortunately Goddess Carina took over and set us straight. 🙏🏻⁣
⁣
Yes I do have to show this Wise Wild Woman. ⁣
⁣
Because SHE is where HAPPINESS lies.⁣
⁣
In being my WHOLE self.⁣
In breaking free from the “shoulds” and norms put upon us.⁣
In loving my true self.⁣
I’m living FULLY ALIVE.⁣
⁣
As women, our bodies are always under such scrutiny. *trigger warning ⁣
⁣
💊 We’re too fat so we need diet pills.⁣
👵 We’re too old so we need to color our hair.⁣
💃🏽We’re too sexy so the r*pe was our fault. ⁣
💔We’re too permiscuous so we’re solely responsible for the pregnancy. 🙄⁣

These girls deserve to hear that their bodies are not shameful.⁣
⁣
They deserve to know that they can freely pursue their own Truth - whatever that is.⁣
⁣
They deserve to have someone validate their views and encourage their SuperPowers.⁣
⁣
Educated women educate the world.⁣
⁣
Fed women feed the world.⁣
⁣
And FREE women free the world. ✨⁣
⁣
So though I was shut out of that speaking engagement, I carry on with my whole message.⁣
⁣
I’m here to help you embrace ALL of you.⁣
⁣
To show you that you get to be Mom and sexy; deeply wise and playfully fairy like; Warrior fierce and lovingly soft at once. 🌟⁣

To empower you to freely and audaciously EXPRESS all of you.💃🏽⁣

To give you permission to be the Wise Wild Woman you were born to be.💋⁣

To hold your hand while you bravely set this world on FIRE with your passion and purpose. 🙌🏼⁣

Stop being a raisin when you were born to be a Grape 🍇…⁣
Let me explain.⁣

Someone asked me last week why I created W.⁣
⁣
It’s simple: I’m tired of seeing women all shriveled up like dried-out, crusty raisins. 😖⁣
⁣
Having no fun.⁣
⁣
Feeling dead inside. 😔 ⁣
⁣
So lost and stuck from raising your kids, supporting your (now ex) husband, being the Good Girl so everyone else is happy…⁣
⁣
Except you. 🫣⁣
⁣
You no longer know who you are or what you want. ⁣
⁣
Exhausted, with bags under your eyes driving yourself into the ground trying to prove your worth…⁣
⁣
(To “them” so “they” like you and “approve”.) ⁣
⁣
Or so meak and small from staying quiet to “not rock the boat,” that your throat is now clogged with tears. 😭 ⁣

Saying yes to everyone else’s needs while continually putting yourself on the back burner.⁣

Afraid to be seen as “needy” -⁣
⁣
Afraid to be seen at all. 🙈 ⁣

SISTER, you were born to be SEEN.⁣

To have people ooh and ahh over you. 😍⁣

You are a glorious being dropped onto this planet for divine purpose! ⁣

You were born to laugh so loudly that you snort 🤣⁣

You were born to be so big - a champion crossword puzzler, to take Tango lessons, to sing on stage and write poetry 🎤 🎵 ⁣

You were born to DANCE. 💃🏻 ⁣
Not because you’re good at it - because it’s FUN. 🤩 ⁣

You were born to paint and not give a s**t how it looks.⁣

You were born to be SO FULL, SO JUICY, SO ALIVE that you, my friend…⁣

A ripe, plump, juicy grape 🫦⁣

Plump with possibility.⁣
Ripe with ideas.⁣
Alive with joy. ⁣

See, when you’re a raisin and your kid is having a meltdown or being annoying, you lose your temper. 😡 ⁣

You’re bitter at everyone - Silently mumbling grunts under your breath. ⁣
⁣
You’re jealous and judgy.⁣
⁣
You’re no fun. ⁣
⁣
And you’re too tired to go for your dreams.☹️⁣

So you stay stuck. 🤐⁣
⁣
The worst part - you don’t even like yourself. 😥⁣

But when you’re a JUICY GRAPE 🍇 , the same annoying boss or whiney kid doesn’t bother you that much. 🤷🏻‍♀️ ⁣

You have compassion and patience.⁣

Way better boundaries.⁣

You love yourself.⁣
You love life.⁣
You’re in your power.⁣
You go for your dreams. ⁣
You make an impact. ⚡️🔥✨⁣

You juice up everyone around you without depleting yourself. 💦 ⁣
