How I Found America in The Attic

From a small website to a growing magazine, The Attic now has hits from 136 countries & all 50 states. Seems there’s a real hunger out there for “a kinder, cooler America.”

The Attic features American arts, lit, humor, faces, places. You might read about a poet one week, a photographer the next, followed by a baseball story, a piece of history, a slice of Americana. Each week features a music video in “I Hear America Singing” and an Attic Window link to a website focusing on America. Rummaging around, you’ll find 100+ archived stories, each a five-minute read. And then there’s The Attic on The Road.

Since 2017, The Attic has reported from the Cadillac Ranch in Texas, Harpers Ferry in West Virginia, the route of the Transatlantic Railroad, the Grand Coulee Dam and more. The Attic. 1100+ subscribers, 6,000 monthly page views, and rising.
