1.membuat project untuk free download.
2.Band yang berpartisipasi bebas untuk mencetak copy CD project dengan 1 cover CD yang dibuat oleh pihak record, dan keuntungan dari penjualan CD project untuk si pencetak(Band yang berpartisipasi) yaitu untuk band yang berpartisipasi pada project Label lalu pihak label tidak akan meminta sepeser pun uang dari keuntungan si pencetak (Band yang berpartisipasi) CD.
3.Tidak memungut biaya sepeser pun untuk setiap project yang dibuat. dan masih ada beberapa lagi peraturan yang tidak tertulis diinformasi ini . Arti nama "THREE BALLS"
Subject memiliki arti dari kata "THREEBALLS"
"3 bola" -> Pihak ke-3
Maksudnya yaitu arti dari kalau label ini
TAK INGIN DIJADIKAN PIHAK KE-3 untuk setiap project
album yang dibuat, hanya bertujuan sebagai penyatu silaturahmi
antar sesama musisi antar negara atau dalam negara dalam
