Technology has played a major role in every life in modern days. In making their jobs more efficient, technology has helped people. Nowadays, where everything requires the use of it, innovation is also easy to use.Technology has come a long way in the last few decades, revolutionizing the way we live, work, and communicate. Twenty years ago, in the year 2000, the technological landscape was vastly different from what it is today. The technology was not as advanced, accessible, or integrated into our everyday lives.

In the year 2000, mobile phones were becoming increasingly popular, but they were far from the powerful handheld computers we carry in our pockets today. They primarily allowed for voice calls and text messages, with limited internet capabilities. The concept of a smartphone as we know it today was unthinkable back then. In fact, accessing the internet required a separate device like a desktop computer or a laptop, and even then, the internet was slow and less user-friendly than it is today.

Personal computers were also much bulkier and slower compared to the sleek and powerful machines we have today. The internet connections were mostly dial-up, resulting in frustratingly slow browsing experiences. Streaming videos or music online was a distant dream, as the slow internet speed made it practically impossible. Furthermore, the storage capacities of computers back then were significantly smaller, limiting the number of files and data one could store.

Technology in education also looked vastly different. Classrooms were still primarily equipped with traditional tools like chalkboards, textbooks, and paper-based resources. Digital resources were starting to emerge, but they were not widely accessible, and many educational institutions struggled to integrate them into the curriculum. Research required hours of pouring over books, rather than quick and convenient online searches we have today.
