It allows a couple of fat guys like us to host a show based on our interests and the interests of people we meet. Now hold up, just because we’re fat doesn’t mean the show is only about food (though that would be an awesome show)! In fact, you might just be surprised about what we DO talk about! Between the two of us, John and I have lived in or visited nearly every one of the 50 United States as
well as many countries abroad. We’ve had hundreds of opportunities to meet new and interesting people and find out just what makes them tick. Now add the experiences of the rest of the AdPhantom team and you’ve got a crazy cocktail of unique stories. Our down to earth attitude and blunt speak first; think later style leads to many great moments. That willingness to cross the line and ask difficult questions allows us to get the real answers, find the real people, and hopefully present the whole package in an entertaining fashion. Every episode of The AdPhantom Show has a different theme. However, a simple format is generally followed with the show being broken up into three segments. Our introduction consists of a quick analysis of the week, a weekly rant, and, of course, bacon. We’re geeky fat guys, you didn’t expect bacon somewhere? In the 2nd segment we delve into the meat (no pun intended) of the show theme. This is where you’ll find our special guests talking about topics they are passionate about or hear great stories from callers. We wrap up our show by promoting a great band and their music. We joke a lot, but the truth is that we put a lot of work into each episode in order to bring you a well-rounded, fun show full of all the quirks this world has to offer.
