Today, Dad, is your 100th birthday!! Gosh, how you are missed!! We miss your laugh, your wisdom, your hugs, your support, your love! But most of all we miss your presence in our lives. You were our strength! As little girls you always made us feel so special. As young, grown women you became our only parent after we lost 💔 our mom. One of the most special days in our lives was when you proudly walked us down the isle. Throughout our lives we have guided our own families through parenting skills you and mom taught us. But you weren't just Dad, you were a celebrity who helped young artists get recognized by promoting their songs to the world on your radio show. It was normal to have the likes of Johnny Cash, Webb Pierce, Johnny Horton, Hank Snow, just to name a few, be on your show and visit our home. You were/are a pioneer in country western broadcasting! But what is most dear is you were that father that always made us feel special and loved. We were and always will be "Daddy's little girls!"
