We launched our new series titled "Director's Cut" this past Thursday on our Jester Wallis Productions YouTube Channel. We thought it would be great to show you what it took on our end to produce the film Safe and Found. We have footage that is still so important to us that didn't make the film so we decided to continue to share with you all in this new format. Huge THANK YOU to Kimm and Nathan who manage the Pinhoti Fest each year for showing our film Safe and Found last night at the festival. Over 100 people were able to see the film and we are so grateful!

Austin and I wanted to be there for the showing but due to road traffic, downed trees, power outages, etc. from hurricane helene we were unable to get there. Our hearts go out to all those affected from the hurricane.

We have been working over the past year with the West Virginia Scenic Trails Association to create a short documentary about the Allegheny Trail. We are truly saddened to hear about the loss of Bill Zimmerman. We are honored to have worked with him this past year along with the Haywood County SAR Team. We got an amazing glimpse into this SAR team while filming the documentary Safe and Found last year. They continue to save lives in the most austere environments and do it with quiet and unflinching professionalism. These folks are all volunteers and give countless hours (and dollars) every year in the name of safety.
