20-years. It is hard to believe so many years have passed. Yet, the details about that day are so clear, it seems like it was yesterday.
Everyday we should reflect on the tragedy of 9/11 and the heroic lengths some went to to save lives. God Bless the first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice and how our country and then world came together to confront evil.
Lord, please grant us an ounce of the courage of our heroes who protect our freedoms and forgive us for our petty and selfish behaviours. We owe it to our heroes to be better.
