After a mistrial in district court, the case moved to the International Trade Commission (ITC), which ruled in Masimo’s favor. However, there's a chance the sales stoppage might not happen; Apple is announcing it ahead of a Dec. 25 deadline for President Biden to potentially veto the ITC ruling imposing the ban.
