Event #3 of 3 wrapped last night.

I made it with 20 min to spare! Wrapped up at McD’s headquarters, hopped on a plane back to Grand Rapids, landed at 5:35. Grabbed my car and drove across town to the final event.

A beautiful fundraiser for International Needs to support giving children education, hope, and God’s love. I was honored to EmCee this dinner called “One Child, One Chance.”

What did I learn from 3 events in 3 states in 30 hours?

1. We can always do more than we think we can do.

2. We should sometimes do less than we think we can do.

3. I definitely enjoy presenting, connecting, traveling, and meeting new people.

4. Naps are not just for the elderly. They are for the insane too 🙃

Well, I know this may come as a surprise tonight some of you… but

I am officially returning to professional speaking after a brief hiatus. Let me explain..

I started speaking in 2006, and have been speaking at events and producing my own seminars and trainings from then through 2022.

I powered through the pandemic season like lots of people, but after fulfilling all the promised events I realized I was pretty burned out.

Around the same time I focused more attention to private coaching and local business consulting, which is amazing. I love my clients and plan to continue (not to worry 😉) but…

Over the last 2 years of recovery at home I realized how much I miss traveling, speaking, events, meeting new people, and regular teaching! So I’m officially back. Sort of.

I’m exclusively in the keynote speaking and leadership training world. So annual events, sales kick offs, staff development days, and similar events.

I have 4 fresh new keynote programs, and I’m inching to present them to companies amd groups! Does your company run trainings? Does your association you belong to bring in speakers? Let me know and maybe I can come to your group.

Love you all, and appreciate you. Oh, and I’m continuing comedy too. Booking some standup, performing lots of improv, and working comedy and laughs into ALL my keynote programs!

Did you know that my last book - Driven To Courage - was released as an audiobook on Audible? If you have a subscription check it out. I've never done an audiobook before and it was much harder to get right than I imagined!

We had chapters written by men and women, and you can hear me voice the male chapters and Lola voice the female chapters! Also, audiobooks are so much harder to produce than a podcast... Jeez!
